I recently hired Pro Restoration for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more pleased! They did an amazing job on not only the roof but also the siding and gutters of my house. The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. They took the time to ensure everything was done to perfection and left my property clean and tidy. ****** and his team did an excellent job putting a new roof on my house along with new siding. ****** always communicated with his team and with me when the materials would be delivered and when the job would be scheduled to be completed. The team along with ****** made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was finished down to the last nail that could be on the grass! I would highly recommend this business if you have any roofing, siding, or gutters to replace.Review from Edward F

After a hailstorm, we decided to have someone inspect for damage. Andrew came out and told us that there was damage and it would most likely be fully covered by our insurance. He walked us through the process and we got a new roof and gutters for a minimal deductible. No issues, the roof was done professionally in one day, and we are happy we chose this company to deal with the issue.Review from Dianne F

We had storm damage recently and needed a new roof, gutters and siding. Andrew Marinaro was our Pro Restoration contact who did an absolutely wonderful job of guiding us through the process. He took many pictures to submit to our insurance and worked directly with our insurance company on any issues in question. Andrew was always available to me by text or phone. He is always on the job, no matter what time I would contact him. The final job turned out great and we’re very happy we used Pro Restoration.Review from shannon d

Due to hail damage I had to have my roof and siding replaced. Dealing with insurance is a complex and labor-intensive process and ****** ******** helped through the whole process. Mine was especially complicated because I was in the middle of selling my house! Typically within minutes ****** would thoroughly and patiently answer any questions I had. Any problems (which were minor) were dealt with right away. I highly recomend Pro Restoration and, specifically, ******.Review from Jeannie M

****************. Avoid them at all costs. Completely dishonest, horrible communication, shoddy work. They had to come back to my house 4 times because my brand new roof kept leaking. They send out a poor worker that did not speak English to try and fix our issue twice and they poor guy had no idea what we were saying. We communicated through ****** translate. One of the days they were working at our house, there was a school aged boy working at our house on a Wednesday. We had a billing dispute at the end and reached out to our sales *** as we wanted to sit down and go over what we agreed upon and then he stopped returning out phone calls. There are WAY better options and I had a bad feeling about this company based on the sales *** and I should have gone with my gut and gone with another company. I would not recommend and will not use again. The are the typical over promise under deliver contractor.

This review is simply not true. This customer has an outstanding balance of ******** that they are refusing to pay. We had to send an attorney letter to collect our final balance which is still not paid. This roof never leaked- we never had to fix a leak. They had drywall damages at a garage heater that produced tons of condensation as it's not properly vented. In good faith- as a reputable roofing contractor, we fixed the drywall damages that were not relative to our roofing project, to maintain relationships and reputation. We sent out w-2 employees which are Caucasian men in their 30's. I completely reject this complaint and have plenty of photos to document our rebuttal to their allegations. We don't take defamation lightly and will be consulting our attorney based off of their review on this platform that we have a really good relationship with. We will gladly pay attorney fee's to pursue this matter if it's not resolved on the consumer's end by end of week, date being 9/20/24.Review from Larry H

I can not say enough about ************ He put us at ease throughout the whole process on how to go about it step by step. Since we are deaf he made phone calls for us to the insurance company and was on site continuously checking on us to make sure we are satisfied and making sure roofing was completed. **** was my guy from the start. He did a very thorough inspection and took tons of photos. My insurance company tried to put up a big fight. They even sent out a third party engineer to inspect and write up a report to counter ***** work. I have to admit, at that point I thought we were going nowhere, but the Pro Restoration team didnt back down. Their office buckled down on a very complex claim and began working with my insurance company directly. It took some time, but eventually everything was approved. When the work was being done, I had the chance to meet the owner. He was a true class act. He and **** went out of their way and made sure everything was done to my expectations, which is a lot. Hats off to their whole team for all of their hard work.Review from Carol S

We just had our roof replaced today. The team arrived at 6 am sharp and started putting tarps out on the ground around the house. I got home at 5 pm and they were gone with no trace of anything left behind besides a few packages of shingles, which they came and picked up. Roof looks amazing. Very pleased! They handled all the insurance details for us. They communicated well with us and were very professional. The roofing crew was respectful of our property and we are very happy with our new roof.
