    March 19, 2024, I purchased a "brand new" ********** home from. We arrived, it was filthy. They had encouraged me to wait 2 days to come pick it up so they could clean it up, obviously they werent(someone's personal items were in it). There were many items for them to repair so we went to lunch and they repaired what they could. There were a few dents which they said they were just like that? So I figured.. I got a decent deal so I made a list of items that needed tending to and repaired and they said they would order parts needed and have someone come get it and bring it back! We were along way from home and had to get back that night. I thought, wow, what a great company! I took it on its first trip, that week. Many issues were discovered, safety issues! They never would pick it up so we took it to Camping World, when they were repairing the wrinkled questionable wall paper job in it, they discovered that a huge portion of the wall had been bondod by Black Diamond, re wall papered and they never fixed the actual issue so there was BLACK MOLD all inside. The section my mother, kids, my 94 year old grandmother with COPD, my disabled Veteran fianc had slept in and my father, stage 4 cancer. The 1 TRIP WE GOT TO USE IT ON(less than a week) and its been getting many issues repaired on it ever since. This was NOT a new unit. They abused it, sold it as new and now Im still paying insurance, every extended warranty available and more for a $200,000 unit Ive not been able to use in 8 months. My grandmother is 94, she wanted to see some more of the country but thanks to Black Diamond RV, that may never happen. We called the ** and never heard back. They know of these issues, they know everything that was wrong with it and still sent us on the road back home several hours with it. They continue to carry on business daily regardless of the lack of ethical practices and pure negligence to even reach out to the clients theyve poisoned with mold and lied to repeatedly.

    I have been trying to reach out to the customer mornings, afternoons and evenings, and haven't heard anything back.  I was going to have her contact one of our technicians so that the *** can explain the work we had done on it.

    AC unit and bedrails paid for but not installed, no refund issued after months despite company agreeing to refund us for services not rendered. also their shop failed to winterize lines after they tested the washer/dishwasher installation in the winter, which caused multiple pipes to crack from frozen water in the lines. their techs admitted over the phone that they didn't winterize the line after running the water to test the washer/dryer (despite it being wintertime). all this occurred before we even took possession of the *** we found out on our first ever trip in the ** when the water was turned on that all the pipes were cracked because their shop didn't winterize the lines after they were done with installing the ******************* (despite it being wintertime when they did the installation). need refunds for AC until & bedrails paid for but not installed, and also need payment for repair to damaged water pipes caused by their tech shop not winterizing the lines in winter after the washer/dishwasher were installed. have multiple ************** showing work not done that was already paid for, and also tech records showing they didn't winterize lines after running water thru the system during the washer/dishwasher installation in winter.

    I purchased a new 2022 Heartland North Trail camper from Black Diamond RV in July 2022. Once I got the camper home, I realized the main entry door does not lock from the inside. And daylight can be seen while standing inside the camper. I called the service department and advised of my issue. They set up an appointment October 25,2022 for me to bring the unit in. They then had the unit for four weeks which is understandable. **** and ***** both from the service department advised me the issue was resolved. They adjusted the door. Once i reviewed, no the door was not fixed. It now will not lock from either the inside or the outside. I find this to be a huge safety concern for my family. I spent over $60,000 and paid extra for additional warranty. When I call, ****, ***** and ***** all avoid my calls. If they do call me back, they say “there’s nothing they can do” How is this ethical for a business to not fix a default?! All I want is my unit fixed in a proper way. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls only to be told the same thing. They told me to take my camper home because they couldn’t fix it any better. It at least locked from the inside when I took it there and now it doesn’t even do that!!! If they cannot fix the unit? Then I should be offered a fair trade to make it right. Please help as I feel that I have no other options. Thank you for listening.
