I had an accident on2/24/2024 and still in the review process as of 3/20/2024. I have called last week and was told the review would be done on Monday (3/18/2024). I called on that date and told it was still in review. It has been far too long for the review to be completed. I will have to wait even longer to get the repairs done. I have full coverage on the car and it will be fixable. Time is taking far too long to even get the car to the repair shop. I have full coverage also.

    Complaint: 21461085

I am rejecting this response because:

I found out today, 4/8/2024, after over an hour trying to contact the place where my vehicle is, that I need to pay an additional $167.50 for the vehicle to get out of the lot.  I have paid FULL coverage on the vehicle since May 2023.  I have notified Insure on the Spot of the garage area and nothing was said.  I have to also go to pick up my vehicle because the insurance company will not pay for it to be repaired.  This will cost me another $100 to get it myself.  to get it flat bed delivered it will cost almost $300.  I am simply asking for the $167.50 to be waived.  I will have to pay that tomorrow, 4/9/2024, when I go to pick up my vehicle.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************

I was quoted a auto renewal quote (via mail) of $658.00 for 6 months (June to December 2023). I made the payment of $658.00 on June 14, 2023. The next day I received a email saying that my premium is now $1,289.00 for 6 months and that I was being placed on a payment plan (without my consent) after I had already made my payment of $658.00 (bait and switch / fraud).

I called to cancel my insurance policy. On Sunday the business was closed. I called the next day was was old any cancellation would need to be submitted in writing. I wrote a email asking for my policy to be canceled. I received no email back or any communication at all. I called the next day to ensure my policy had been canceled. No one had locked at my email at all. I had to give them the email address that I emailed from which happens to the the one I had I file. I was told that my digitally signed email was not sufficient to have my policy canceled when I was never told that it had to be a hand written signature. I called again today Wednesday 4/5/23 and my new had written email requesting the policy be canceled had not been reviewed. I spent more than an hour on hold on three separate occasions to get this policy canceled. In this digital age it should not be this hard to have a policy canceled. I needed to have this policy cancelled because my finance company did not approve of the quality of this insurance company. I had already signed up for and paid for a new policy through a different agency. The longer it takes this horribly run company to cancel my policy the lower my prorated refund will be.
