In the past 6 years, I timely paid all of my Paramus Lincoln Tech (***) student loan bills w/out issue until June 2024 when the *** mail division - LincCredit changed their billing address to *********** **. ********** has changed their billing address 3 prior times w/out payment (pymt) issues. After receipt of my 1st delinquent pymt letter from LincCredit on July 1, 2024 for my June 2024 pymt mailed as a M.O. on June 1, 2024 to the new address; I phoned LincCredit and spoke with customer service *********** She thoroughly reviewed my mail pymt history and conveyed my payments have never taken more than an average of 10 days to process. When I inquired whether the new pymt address change could have caused the issue, & whether the July 2024 pymt I was going to mail that day should alternatively be paid in-person at ***; she placed me on hold to verify whether the LincCredit system showed any issues. *** found no issues re: the new Ohio address, & stated I should run a PO M.O. trace. I then mailed my July 2024 loan pymt the same day to the Ohio address, and ran a **** M.O. trace the next day on 7/2/2024 for which I paid $18.00.The PO trace revealed that LincCredit processed the June 2024 pymt on July 8, 2024 (37 days after the payment was mailed). I subsequently received 2 additional pymt delinquent notices from ********** for my July 2024 payment. I sought an $18.00 refund for the June 2024 **** trace run due to the pymt processing delay clearly being the fault of LincCredit processing. I spoke with **** ******* & **** - line supervisor who all conveyed they were unable to provide me with the $18 credit. **** however transferred me to Mr. ****** the alleged Accounts Receivable Manager, who stated he had no intention of providing me w/a refund. I then made my August 2024 payment to ***** at ***, & provided her w/a copy of the trace receipt. She did nothing to resolve the issue. My Student Ledger is fabricated for *********** 2024, & needs to be corrected.

5/30/2024 The academic **** showed up in our classroom after we had complained to one of the staff members. 5/29/2024 We voiced our concerns and problems to said staff member, but we felt ignored and unheard like every other instance before when we voiced out complains. When the academic **** arrived in the classroom he was immediately hostile and called out one of our classmates due to his negative reviews on the campus/university as a whole. We have the right to freedom of speech, and we as students should be allowed to have a voice. The curriculum is terrible, they dont allow teachers to teach us how they would teach, and instead shove useless and uninformed modules. These people have never cracked a wrench in their lives, and want to tell me that anyone can be a mechanic sitting behind a computer. After he raised his voice, told another student to shut up, he was threatening we can take it this way, or we can take it this way. 5/31/2024 I recieve an email from the ****, writing I attempted to call you twice on 5/31/24 in the 7:00pm hour. This email serves as a notice of your current status of Probation pending further investigation to the situation that occurred in your classroom on 5/30/24. The Academic ****, Director of Admissions, and Director of Career Services will meet with you to further investigate and determine what consequences if any there will be moving forward. You may NOT attend class until this situation is resolved. I also recieved a text message wich reads This is ******************** the Academic **** at Lincoln Tech. Please check your email and please call me @************. There is some important information that needs to be discussed. I have attempted to call you twice this evening as well. My reply: Good evening I have already called corporate due to the unprofessionalisam you have showed I have already expressed to you l don't want to talk about the subject any longer. **** was informed about the rude email and the unprofessionalisam.

I was scheduled for a zoom interview with *************************** for the ***** *************** Remote opportunity at 4:30 pm EST. I waited over 30 minutes for an interview that never happened and waited for *************************** to join in which she NEVER attended. I then proceeded to submit an email to which I NEVER received any form of communication from her or any other representative apologizing or rescheduling. Days later, I received a denial email that they were moving forward with other candidates. This by far has been one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL interview processes I've experienced. I guess I dogged a severe bullet. Please stop wasting individuals' time who is actively in the job market and seeking employment. I was informed that they interviewed over 40 people in the first one, and sent denial letters after. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE APPLYING TO THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately, on this particular day the group experienced technical difficulties with the Zoom link causing disruption to this interview process. Multiple reports on the issue were submitted, and the Director of Admissions reached out to every individual who emailed her advising they had been affected by this situation. ****** did not reach out to *******.

I am rejecting this response because:

Their response was completely false. I did not receive any form of communication nor did anyone appear on the zoom as I waited over 30 minutes for the interview to begin. Very unprofessional and my first experience in the job force experiencing this matter. Had I received a form of communication indicating technical issues I wouldnt be referring to BBB to receive feedback. They do not respond to emails as I have other parties who experienced this matter as well! Truly disgusting and disappointing. From the unprofessional interview to the unprofessional and lies from the individual who replied.

    Sincerely,

I paid off Lincoln Tech November/ December of last year. It has been 6 months and they have yet to make the correction to all 3 credit bureaus. Even after paying off my balances they made a mistake and said I still owed them in which they apologized and said to wait 30 days. This is effecting my credit and I want them to make the correction ASAP. As I have been more then patient

I've never been to this school and they keep telling me I owe them money. They claim I co-signed for a student and I didn't sign anything. They keep sending me threatening letters in the mail telling me there could be derogatory rating submitted to all *************************** agencies. This school is constantly harassing me telling me I have to pay on her behalf because I allegedly cosigned for her. I've spoken to several people from the school but they keep telling me I have to pay and I never even went to this school or no where it is.

I have a private loan with Lincoln Technical Institute, I was told by financial aid they would begin to collect a few months after graduation. My graduation was pushed back because there was a pause while school transferred from in person to public. Lincoln Tech begin to call me before I even graduated and before I have taken my state boards which went against what I was told. Once I graduated and passed my boards I was told that I would get put on a payment plan that would bring me up to date. I have been making payments and they are continuously reporting me late and have been reporting me late. Their predatory collections have damaged my credit report and prohibited me from progressing. I have called them and tried to explain my situation and I was told " Im sorry I have other people on hold" I am not heard and brushed off and rushed off the phone. I need the lates removed from my credit and not reported twice but just once. I will continue my payments as scheduled

I enrolled at Lincoln Tech back in 2019, thinking that I would be able to complete the automotive technology program. I was making an hour long commute to this location from out of state in hopes of gaining knowlegde. Due to me being pulled over by the police on my way home from school, I was informed by the school that I would potentially be kicked out of the program because of that stop. I had to write a letter stating why I wanted to be there, even though I was already making the commute from *******. Covid happened and once again I was being told that I could no longer attend classes due to me missing a payment. At that time, I was juggling some life changes, two small children, working full time, and just trying to navigate life itself being on my own. I received a phone call from one of the office representatives stating that I could not return to class due to the missed payment. The representative I spoke with did not offer me any help as far as assistance on a pathway to returning to class. At that point, I felt like they took my federal money and kicked me to the curb. Here it is Feb of 2022, I decided I wanted to reenroll in school at a different location and finish what I started. I found out this location was garnishing my checks thru my employer, at this time, I had not gotten any type of notification from the school. No letters nor any phones regarding the situation. I feel like I was taken advantage of since the school got money out of my taxes just to turn around and take out of my checks. I have a family to support and need every bit of the money I earn. I reenrolled at the **** location and was pulled out of class multiple times trying to resolve this matter so that I can continue with the program. To no avail, none of the office personnel was able to get real answers as to why this is happening to me. Also, I haven't been given any contact information to anyone who can help me get this matter resolved. My job shouldn't be giving me better answers.

***************************** ID ******* enrolled 2/8/22 to start classes and started immediately at the Lincoln - ************ campus.  After meeting with financial aid it was discovered that he had a prior balance with the Lincoln - ************, ** campus from his 2019 enrollment there.  Because of the balance there was discussion and effort made to clear up the balance, but that process took several days longer than expected.

On February 24th,the student was informed that he would need to be withheld from classes until the situation was resolved.  The situation was actually resolved on the 24th,but we were not able to reach Kemuel to let him know he was ok to resume classes until after the weekend.

Kemuel resumed classes Monday the 28th with no interruption since and has been continually attending even through today, March 7th.  The balance is resolved and the Financial Aid package for the program at the ************ campus is complete

I have been enrolled in the *** program at the *******, ** location since. 7/22/2020, to date we are approaching what should be graduation 3/3/2022 unfortunately I have been made to understand that this graduation date will not occur due to the need to complete clinicals. I have been told by ************************* that I am on a waitlist however she is unable to provide me with my spot on the waitlist. I then spoke with *************************** to which she reiterated the same information as ***** and shared they are still getting caught up with previous graduating classes. I enrolled in this program with the intention of completing this in a timely fashion however the anticipated graduation date is now 7/2022. This is highly unacceptable as other Technical Institutions in the surrounding area are not facing this challenge. There have been no alternate arrangements or exceptions made to accommodate the promised graduation date. It is alarming that an Institute of this magnitude is unable to secure approval from other health care facilities to expedite the process of gaining clinical hours. I am requesting to be contacted with only a solution to this matter and not the challenges presented in the delay.
