Restore was phenomenal when I had water damage from a busted pipe that was leaking for some time apparently. They walked us through everything and put us at ease quickly during a very difficult time. I would definitely use them again (should the need arise) and have recommend them to others. Thank you *** and ******* for quickly getting the team over to deal with the situation properly.

I had severe water damage from a fire in my home. I am glad I turned to Restore for help. These people helped me get me a place to stay after the fire department made me leave my house. Then they helped me write up a list of all my belongings that got burned up or water damaged and they got me paid for my things. Best of all they advocated on my behalf against my insurance company and got me paid for things the insurance company was going to deny. They restored my home and then helped me move back in. I could not have done it without them. Thank you *****, and ******* and ******* and everyone of the restore workers who helped me through this terrible incident!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

During last years artic blast a pipe froze at my apartment building and it caused significant water damage . My insurance agent recommended I hired restore construction. Restore came out and completely mitigated the structure. After the mitigation process and the building was dry, restore than negotiated a settlement on my behave with my insurance company. We were then able to use the insurance proceeds to fix my building back to pre loss condition and better. Restore handled the process from start to finish. I highly recommend restore construction after any disaster.

Im giving one (1) star because I cannot give a negative zero (0) stars. This review is based on my experience with the company. I knew nothing of Restore Construction when I agreed to hire them after a home fire. I havent had anything but frustration, stress and the feeling of corralling animals to bring my project to an end. The contract was signed 5/2/2023; and as of today 5/10/24, still isnt complete. These people are liars and possess no integrity at all. The staff on the inside does not communicate with the staff on the outside; and that makes for disaster. Any successful relationship/company requires communication; and they havent figured that out yet. Ive seen the project manager at the property twice since the contract was signed. The staff member that does come appears to be going through the motions. He will also tell you hes going to do something; but if hes unsuccessful you will have to inquire about it. He will not communicate the information to you. I have spoken to several staff members regarding my issues/problems/concerns, but they must have fallen on deaf ears as I continue to get the run around and no solutions. Theres no sense of urgency to complete my house given it has been a year. Lastly I was given a move in date last month, loaded a 20 ft UHaul truck, proceeded to my property only to find it hadnt reached move in condition. So now me and my family are now back in a hotel for the last 10 days without a new move in date. I was told we would be able to move in last month, but they would still have to do some things the city required on the outside of the home; and those things shouldnt affect us inside. Well, so much for that. Yes the insurance company still has to approve some of the outside work and some lights that need to be added outside; theres no reason we shouldnt have been able to move back in two (2) days short of a year of the signing of the contract. Ridiculous! Sign with them at your own risk!

Straight gangsters very unprofessional tried to pressure my neighbors into a contract on thanksgiving after their house burned down. The guy with a gold tooth was calling me a crack head. They swarmed my neighbors trying to force a contract on them. 3 big convict looking guys. One star because negative 5 isnt an option

Restore reached out to me and worked with me to correct any issues I was having. I gave a review in 2020 , I was excited about moving back home. Now I am finding a lot of things wrong in my house and things are falling apart. I still have stuff under my porch that was never *********, my roof is falling because they reused rotten wood. I'm going to see who will take my case period!!
