On August 25, 2024, my 2009 Buick Enclave CX AWD (All Wheel Drive) was towed from behind my residents at **************************************************************. at 6:45am. In which my vehicle's body, front suspension, mechanical and electrical systems were damaged due to being mishandle and improperly towed by S&S Towing. Which used a Self Loader truck to tow my All Wheel Drive SUV, instead of a Flat Bed Tow Truck which is standard for this type of Relocation dragging my vehicle 7.3 miles without no wheels rolling from my home to tow yard. I've reached to S&S Towing several times via email, an in-person visit and phone calls with no satisfaction or even an attempt to rectify this situation only avoidance, rude replies and constant lies about no members of manage ever being available to speak nor return calls. I haven't been able to drive my vehicle since and Simply Need To Be Made Whole including but not limited to my vehicle inspected & repaired, body damage fixed, a full refund for ****************************** and a written apology from S&S Towing Management and Ownership. Thank You.

On December 8th 2024 I parked my vehicle at my friend's apartment complex around 4:10pm. We went for dinner and then arrived back at the complex around 7:30pm. We went up to the apartment for an hour and when I went back out to my vehicle. It was gone. I panicked. We thought it might have been stolen. Then we started calling tow places in the area, as there were no signs listed in the parking lot. I took an **** 50 minutes home since it was late now and nothing was open. My friend was able to find out the towing company for the apartment complex S&S towing. After calling them, it was discovered that my vehicle was being held in their lot. I hadn't been notified by them. I had to call to see when I could get it released. They told me it would be $250. There was no visible signage at the complex about this and my friend was new to the place. I rented a car on the 11th because my cars check engine light had gone on on my way to the apartment. I was going to get it towed now, from the tow facility (S&S). When arrived to have my car released i had brought my phone tap card. My physical card has been closed do to identify theft and the new one was on its way in the mail. My back up card on had $254 on it. Which should have been enough. The woman at the desk said the charge was now $285! I was never informed on that!I went to use my tap to pay card and the woman at the desk said that they only took physical cards and cash. No one had told me this at any time during contact. No information or notifications were sent to me. Their ************ required physical cards only. I had to let the tow guy who met me there know that I would have to reschedule for the next day. The woman said that it would cost an additional $45.00! At this point I started crying. I am a singular parent and all my saves Christmas money was disappearing in front of my eyes. I drove my rental home and will have to return today 12/11. The reviews for this place are all similar or worse than my experience.

I am a disabled veteran and in July 2024 , S & S Towing company in ************, towed my 2005 Toyota Scion from the ******** Apartments parking garage. The company failed to notify me after they towed my car. Upon realizing that my car had been towed, I reached out to them and they informed me that a certified letter was mailed out to an address in *******. I never received any notification at the address that they mentioned( That is my childhood address and where currently family member still resides. I also reached out to the Secretary of state agency and they indicated that the address that they have on file is my current address on file. I never received notification at either of the addresses. I am concerned that I was never notified at either of the addresses. After several attempts to communicate with the towing company, I was informed that the vehicle has been provided to an auction company. I requested that information, but I was never provided any additional information.

Good Morning,My name is *************************** and I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having my car towed by one of the ***** Tow drivers(118688TW #**) on 6/5/24 @ 11:24pm. I went to pick up my car on 5/6/24 @ 6:16 am for $250 and drove it back to my apartment complex. I let it sit in the lot during the day 5/6/24, and upon coming out that next morning on 6/7 to go to work. I noticed my tire was flat, upon further inspection I found a gash on the inner wall of my front driver-side tire. The damage that was found, was not there prior and only showed up after the car had been picked up by S&S Towing.Since the incident, I have repeatedly called the companies main number. And received a response that someone will get back to me in the coming weeks, but nothing ever came out of it. Even when trying to escalate the issue with their claims department. I received no response from their provided email as well as main contact email. It has since then been 3ish + months.I have since then bought a replacement tire. I would like to see if I can get a refund for my car being taken that night($250). As well as the cost of $230 for having to replace the tire that the tow truck driver damage on the inside wall.If we can get in contact and resolve this issue promptly, I would greatly appreciate it. There was a lot of lost time and money having to deal with this company as is. I am available by phone and email every day of the week if you have any questions. I will attach the associated pictures for the damages caused by the tow truck upon the pick-up below.

I have gotten my car towed three different times because of SNS towing and they're b******* I actually had one of their drivers come out and want to fight me and I want to put a personal complaint against the company. I want to bring them down because they are nothing but pieces of garbage and they don't care about anybody's property. I actually had car damage every single time they've taken my car and they lied about it and they purposely got rid of the footage which is a criminal offense I know. So I want these people to be brought down and I want my money reimbursed and I've put in multiple complaints and my building and they don't do anything. So my next step is going to a lawyer and bringing them down and bringing down my own apartment which I live in because these people don't care about the rules they just continue to make up their own. So please I want these people to have the proper punishment

To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the predatory and unethical practices of S&S Towing, which resulted in an extremely distressing and unfair experience for me. On 3/29/2024 I parked my car in what I believed to be a legitimate parking space. As I exited my vehicle with my daughter, I was not informed by any representative of S&S Towing that the parking lot was not associated with their company. Instead of providing a warning or notifying me of the situation, they waited until I entered a nearby store before towing my car. As an out-of-town visitor and a mother-to-be, this experience was particularly harrowing. Not only was I left stranded without transportation, but I was also subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite my pregnant condition and the presence of my young daughter, S&S Towing showed a complete lack of compassion and empathy.Upon contacting S&S Towing to inquire about retrieving my vehicle, I was further dismayed by their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service. Firstly, I was informed that their card machine was not functioning, despite having my card in my vehicle. I was assured over the phone that this would not be an issue, only to arrive at their location and be coerced into using an *** that charged exorbitant fees.Additionally, when I requested change for the *** withdrawal, I was met with refusal and indifference. Despite explaining my out-of-town status and the inconvenience it posed, S&S Towing callously disregarded my situation.Furthermore, even after providing alternative identification from my hotel, S&S Towing callously prolonged the ordeal, leaving me standing outside in the cold with my child until I could produce a picture of an expired ID. This blatant disregard for basic human decency and customer care is utterly unacceptable. It is evident that S&S Towing prioritizes profit over the well-being and rights of individuals. Their actions demonstrate a clear pattern.
