    I was in a car accident on 5/13/2024 with one of Mendota's clients. The client backed into me. There was a witness on the scene and the police were called. Mendota's client did accept fault for the accident and received a ticket from the police officer. ****** reports were completed by myself and Mendota's client. My car was badly damaged and is currently unsafe to drive. I filed a claim with Mendota on 5/15 and called for the first time on 5/18. I spoke with *********************** ************ who stated he was still waiting on the police report to be sent to him and he could not get me a rental car without his boss's approval but he would get back to me. Since 5/15 I have not heard from ************ or anyone at Mendota Insurance despite my husband and I calling ************ and leaving messages almost daily. We have also called customer service and have left messages for ******, **************** supervisor, who also has not called us back. The only information that has been conveyed by Mendota is a letter stating our claim was received. It has almost been a month that I have not had a drivable car with no timeframe or information regarding my claim: **********

    I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with an insured driver who has Mendota insurance. The claim number is ************. I received a phone call from *********************** on 9/12/2023. He said he would get back to me by the end of the week regarding my claim. I have not heard back from him. My insurance agent and myself have made several calls to him with no response

    Documents are not being turned in from the claims department of mendota insurance to the lien holder Santander of my car that was in accident April 14 2023 my car is totaled and the matter is not being taken care of. there's no communication and bad customer service with the manager ***** and my adjuster *****************************..I have not received my refund that's was promised to me for towing .it's going on 2 months and the process is taking longer than it should I've called left messages and no response I need something done immediately about this company that I am unhappy with thank you
