  I purchased a vehicle from them, paid cash for it and did not receive the title. I have gotten the runaround every time I ask them about the title and give me attitude when I ask about it. I would like to get my title to my vehicle)

  Prescott Brothers has just received the lien release from Carvana Finance to apply for title with the State of Illinois.  The problem was that Carvana Finance lost title and we have to apply for duplicate title.  Customer should have title within 45 days.  With holidays it may take up to 60 days.  This was out of our control

  Asked for an oil change as per the coupon on there website while vehicle was in service for warranty repairs.The online promotion is $109.95 for diesel synthetic oil and filter change with up to 12quarts of oil. I received exactly as described but was charged over $150,00.I asked why the coupon was not honored and was advised that is the starting price, I asked what the difference is and was advised it is what it is.Secondly the vehicle was in for factory warranty repairs which they identified the cause of failure but advised it would be 2 weeks to 2 months to get parts. At that time they advised vehicle was in need of a radiator and fan clutch with only the radiator not available. I asked it they could get the part from another dealer and was advised no. I located a dealer in ******* and purchased myself. I advised the dealer I would deliver the part the following day. They then advised they were not sure if they could use a factory part from another dealer under warranty and would call me back. Advisor called back and advised he had another issue the fan clutch was also not available. I researched and found another dealer near ******* with the part and purchased direct. I then called the dealer and advised I have now found both parts and will deliver to them the next day. I then asked if they were going to be able to install under the factory warranty and if not I would tow the vehicle to a dealer that could help me. The advisor stated he could. 2 days later was advised repairs completed. I arrived and was then presented with an invoice for all labor charges + more parts and was refused to take procession of my vehicle without payment in full. I asked why I was being charged for factory warranty repairs as well as never being provided an estimate For this and again was advised it is what it is. The advisor stated to 1. Contact Ram 2. He advised yes he should have given me an estimate prior but stated it did not make a difference. About $700 paid
