    I bought appliances for my home from Marios Appliances Saturday Oct 28. 2023, I knew appliances were used but was reassured appliances work perfectly fine thats why they were being resold. I picked up the items same day and connected everything same day and to my unfortunate surprise the items were not working, I bought a washer, gas dryer, and gas stove the dryer doesnt heat up, and has sparks emerging from the connection of gas. The stove practically wanted to explode was connected and huge flames came out the stove, and smelled like gas. I let the business know as soon as possible for possible replacement or refund but was explained about a policy they had expressed deep disappointment when I told them I wish I had known that before buying items they mentioned, its on my receipt. Receipt was handed to me after purchasing appliances. They mentioned they would send out a technician to fix items since thats what the warranty i have provided i expressed that i had a hard time trusting them since when i bought them i was told they 100% worked and now im being told that theyll be 100% fixed but i cannot bring myself to use items even if they are fixed because of them being gas items and seeing how bad it was when we hooked up these items.I asked them to please place themselves in my shoes I have kids and I just bought my home, and I would much rather just buy something somewhere else I just want a refund without any issues, and I would more than likely like i offered them bring them back without having them to come out. please If i can get some assistance like i mentioned i have kids i just bought my home and as you can guess if im buying used items its because i dont have the kind of money to buy something new and i genuinely spent a big chunk of my savings that like i mentioned to them i dont have much more left for any repairs or service fees etc. please i hope ive explained everything okay, and all i ask is for someone to understand me

    I purchased a washer and dryer on7/22/22 They delivered the same day.I noticed the washer was leaking water and the drum felt as if had something inside .I proceeded to call Marios Appliance and texted to which I had a response of the man is not available call on Thursday if you want.To wish I did and I had no answer.They finally responded not sure if it was the 22 of August to schedule a check of the washer .I had a family emergency and was not home but let them know .Ive called several times but no answer.
