  This bank filed the dispute with cash app with me for $300 but I won my dispute for $300 against this bank but they follow this dispute against me and it caused a ruckus and it's unfair I don't even know this bank I don't do business with his bank but this bank is tied in with my cash app with a dispute for $300 this is back on May 1st of this year some screenshots and pictures will be included

  Milledgeville State Bank did not file any dispute on this case.  Our customer perhaps filed a dispute, but it has nothing to do with the Bank.  We have no record of filing a dispute and the letter provided in the complaint is not from us, nor does it reference us.  Our Bank has never ever filed a dispute with Cash App on any instance.  Anything originated would be by our customer which is not the Bank performing complaint.  I do not see anything in the letter he provided referencing our bank....we feel we are being blamed because of association with a customer who may have filed a dispute for a transaction.

  It is your customer follow the bogus dispute your name is all over the dispute with my bank how do you think I got your guys's info now you guys are helping this lady still money for my account I will not stop until I get my money back Even just has to go to civil court

  As ************************ stated in his last response a customer of our bank filed a complaint via the Cash ********** Milledgeville State Bank did not file the dispute, our name is being brought into this because our customer came in and told us what happened.  We said we cannot help you unfortunately that you would have to file the dispute via Cash App to get their money back because we were unable to do anything since it was transaction between ************************ and themselves via the Cash ********** ******** did not get any money from this, nor did we request anything in this complaint nor were we apart of any transaction.  A customer of our bank filed a dispute as ************************ stated that happened via the Cash ********** So the bank has no involvement in this it is dispute between a customer of our bank, ************************ and the Cash ********** ************ have zero involvement in the transaction.  I think ************************ should be reaching out to the Cash App who performed the transaction.
