    The business progressively got worse and worse. They swore they werent closing like other boutiques. However, without any warning their app is not updated, emails are full and/or not responded to, and items paid in full have not been shipped or refunded. No explanation provided. The owner made posts about her former business partner in the past and painted herself as the victim. Ironically, her business is not operating now. What you do in the dark comes to light. She deleted messages on Instagram when I couldnt receive a response from the numerous emails. She also posts about her husbands South County business. I think a lot of people have been patient and respectful while she stole money and broadcasts her husbands place. I dont trust someone like this and all business for clothing and the restaurant are over. Embarrassing and disgraceful. Just be honest and provide an update and refunds.

    Zero stars would be most appropriate. After waiting the 10 business days they say they ship in, I emailed the company asking for an update on my order. No response. I waited before emailing again, which also resulted in no response. I then directly messaged on social media which was also never responded to. After speaking to a friend and realizing she was having the exact same issue we decided that was enough and started commenting on their social media posts directly, which they would then immediately delete. Finally after publicly posting I received a private message saying it takes 10 business days to ship and there may be a delay due to weather. I explained it was well beyond the 10 days and I had zero responses to any of my attempts to speak with customer service. Finally I was told they would refund my order, I have yet to see that actually refunded however.

    This place has turned from a great business to terrible communication and crossing your fingers that someone will ship your stuff. Then if you complain enough, they'll "refund you" to store credit only to start the entire process over again. Terrible. Horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE.

    Horrendous store. Do not purchase from them unless you enjoy overpaying for *******, overpriced fast fashion, inconsistent sizing, and a terrible return policy. How this "boutique" has stayed in business for this long truly confuses me.

    I have done my best to remain respectful and patient but I am truly at a loss at this point. I placed an order on 4/12/2022 and it never showed as shipping after a month's time frame. I began asking for updates via email and have never received a response. In Oct the purchase status was flipped to returned and a refund was never issued. Mind you it was never shipped to begin with. I have been again emailing asking for my refund with no response. I have sent at least 10 emails over the past 7 months and not a single repy. I have another order showing fulfilled but no tracking has been given and again no response to my multiple emails. I loved to support local and small businesses but I truly feel like this company is stealing from me and others and are continuing on with business as if nothing is wrong. All comments have been turned off on ******** which is alarming as you literally have no way of contacting anyone.

    Absolutely terrible business model. There is absolutely no customer services and in my opinion this business is fraudulently selling goods and taking our money and not delivering on their promises as advertised. My order is ******. I am going to post on the ** Page and perhaps even report it to ********* They are advertising products they are not delivering to the consumer. THEY are defrauding the average consumer. If they can make a post every 15 minutes, they can respond to our orders! Or just simply refund us. They should not have a business license in my opinion.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a bag MONTHS ago. Never received it. It shipped, a label was created, then NOTHING. I have emailed the company countless times. They never respond. I have messaged the owner personally. She ignored it. I have commented on the ******** page, they deleted it. This company is an absolute rip off.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. Multiple times I have placed orders that took significantly longer than stated to ship. Most recently, my order was shipped (months late, by the way) but the tracking information never updated past shipping label created **** awaiting package. It stayed that way for weeks. I emailed MANY times and never got a response. I only got a response and refund when I messaged the owner and her husband on ******** AND commented on every post they made with answer my message. Absolutely horrible customer service! Reading other ******************** complaints I believe they are scamming people by never shipping their packages. I would love to support small business but these people do not have good intentions.

    I placed an order back in February for a pre order on a air wrap. I reached out multiple times regarding where the item was at and after a few months they finally posted an update via social media and stated that they would be issuing refunds via store credit. At that point I would have liked my money back in full but no one responded back to my multiple emails. After I gave up on the emails I ended up just using the store credit. I made a purchase using that store credit on 7/17/22 for two items. One shipped and I received it. The other item has yet to be shipped. I have sent an email over a week ago, no response. I also commented on the post of the item via social media and the whole post was deleted. I would not recommend purchasing from the boutique as the customer service is horrible, I have had other issues in the past that do not need to be detailed regarding shipping of items taking longer than stated. At this point I would just like my money back in full but I cant even get a response to my emails.

    This boutique has gone completely downhill, both in the customer service and quality. There are items I ordered 5 months ago that have not shipped and I cannot get a response or refund.The quality of the items in my last order received were terrible. Ive been a customer since they started but will no longer order from them.
