If you have read other bad reviews on the internet about this remodeling company, its all true. I gave them benefit of the doubt and I was so wrong for doing that. Somehow, they got 80% of my money without actually doing any real work. It took them over a year to complete the job. They kept saying it was all in the contract. Ill give them this - they did eventually finish the work AFTER A YEAR but it was with a constant push from my husband and the workmanship was just average. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your remodeling needs.

We deeply regret that the duration of your project extended longer than anticipated, largely due to circumstances beyond our control, which stemmed from actions taken prior to our involvement.As you are aware, we stepped in to address issues left by a previous contractor who attempted to remodel your basement without the necessary permits, resulting in subpar workmanship. To rectify this, we had to adhere to the legal requirements set by the city, which understandably involved a scope of work you were hesitant to undertake given your past experiences.Throughout the project, city inspectors consistently identified issues with the previous contractor's work during inspections, necessitating additional efforts to rectify them in compliance with regulations. While our workmanship met standards, the city's insistence on addressing the prior work contributed to the project's extended timeline.It's important to note that we never request payment beyond what is contractually agreed upon before commencing work. Unfortunately, if clients are unwilling to fulfill their financial obligations, we are unable to continue providing services without compensation for our efforts.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this challenging process.
