I would avoid this company at all costs. When we hired **** and his crew to replace our roof he was very professional and him and his crew were courteous and helpful throughout the job. We had to replace some underlaying wood because of water damage and he explained all of that and showed us the damage. He seemed to be genuinely helpful and we were pleased. Fast forward, less than three months later and we have a leak in the house that we never had before that was coming from where two roof lines meet. We called **** several times before he returned the call and he was immediately rude and defensive. He said send pictures, so we did and he responded he would call us back when he could come out. Waited several weeks and heard nothing. Called him again and his response was not what someone with any customer service training would be - rather than saying he would come out and look, he immediately said something else is going on, it is not the roof. He claimed picture shows missing bricks but the picture shows the exposed flashing put on with the roof. Then he said they are closed until April. When we suggested maybe we should call someone else he said You better read our contract. If anybody else goes on the roof you are out of warranty. And then if the weather gets better maybe next week I will come out there. Theres a $150 service charge (by the way the service charge is not an issue, the issue is his complete disregard for our concern - perhaps he thought he could just bully two women and be rude, defensive and dismissive). And kept making rude comments like So do yourself a favor and read the contract. We never said that we would not pay to have the issue fixed if it was not covered under the warranty - we just wanted him to look and tell us what is going on and looking at pictures is not acceptable. Fast forward again we have an issue and immediate excuses and no offer to come out. BEWARE - **************** is gone once check is cashed.

We take pride in our customer service and we're out there. The day after we received the call, we determined that the issue was missing bricks from the chimney which is not covered under our warranty because we did not do any chimney work. We waved our $150 service call fee and again we only warranty the work that we did and we referred them to a tuck pointer to have their issue resolved. We are very disappointe they wrote a bad review. We have over 600 five-star reviews on the ***** app as well as ****** and we take pride in our fast customer service

We were prepared to go out there a second time until the customer became verbally abusive and started swearing and making threats

We also requested the customer send her paperwork which she has not done yet to confirm exactly the work that we did and if it is covered under warranty. As soon as she sends us the paperwork we should we will respond

It is part of our contract that the customer must provide paperwork for any warranty issues to be taken care of

**** was one of several roofing businesses that responded to an online request for a quote when we decided to look into repairing our roof. I should have known something was odd when I got home from walking the dogs and he was waiting outside our home in his car. He told me my husband had asked him to come over and give him information on roof repair (my husband did not invite him to our house). **** essentially wanted us to sign an agreement with him that made him our advocate when the insurance adjuster came out and that in exchange for his advocacy he would get the business of replacing the roof and gutters, if we did it. While we didnt sign the agreement and found him initially to be overzealous we decided to give him a chance. We told him the date the adjuster was coming out and did our best to keep him apprised of the time it was a moving target based on the adjusters schedule. Unfortunately for us, we also put **** in contact with the adjuster figuring they could more closely coordinate. **** contacted the adjuster so frequently the adjuster told me he had to turn off his phone the day he came to our house. I apologized and told him to deal with us and we would deal with **** so as to alleviate any friction. The next day, despite being asked not to communicate with the adjuster **** continued to communicate with both the adjuster and us in increasingly harassing messages in calls resulting in the adjuster blocking him and us asking him not to contact ** again. I would highly recommend choosing any other roofing professional (key word being professional).. ***** attitude was unprofessional and harassing I can only be thankful it came to light before we started working with him on our roof.. disaster averted.

We go to great lengths to attend to the needs of our customers. We are very sorry but could not keep up with the- making of appointments and being given the run around or calling/texting and being ghosted or being told to be somewhere with 15 minutes notice. We thanked you for the opportunity. We know your time is valuable. Our time is also valuable. Not all customers are the right fit for us.

Owner will meet an inspector on a claim, gets upset when the inspector doesnt see what the owner is seeing, and pull the ladder down and drive off leaving the inspector stranded on the roof. Avoid these people at all costs!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Williams Roofing. Not only were they able to schedule my new roof installation in a timely fashion, but they did a quality job that looks fantastic. They even did a thorough job cleaning up around the house.

The workers were very professional . They put a lot of care in their work. They cleaned everything up that it looks like they never ripped a roof off.They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody that is looking to get a new roof. This is my second roof with them . They are so excellent.

I was very pleased with Marc ******************** in his professionalism and concern for getting the job done correctly. Pricing was very competitive and I had no issues with it and his flexibility too. The excellent work crew of seven started at 730 am and completed the work including cleanup by 610 pm.
