The customer service is terrible, I have been trying to contact them a month before my membership expired this July. I got a voicemail because there is nobody to answer a call, I left one and did not receive a reply back. I had tried going into the establishment multiple times and was unable to talk to anybody in the office. I messaged the phone number left on the voicemail for immediate assistance, just to find out that the person had already left their company a year ago and still had the old employees # on their voicemail. I tried contacting the parent company *** financial, only to be told it has to be done at the said site. Here is the worse thing about it, apparently the owner has different establishments, they signed me up at ****************, I do not know where that is, I live in Mount Prospect. So I was supposed to go to a place I do not know to cancel my membership, that is so messed up. Now I get an email saying, I owe them a balance after cancelling my membership, because it only takes effect after a month. I have been trying to get hold of someone at this facility since June. How can they get an A+ rating? This is totally not right! They do not respond to voicemails and do not have anyway of contacting the owner of the facility/ the office staff. I really cannot in my right frame of mind add any stars, because they are not worth my time.

This company needs to learn what customer service is. They gladly took my money but now that I want to cancel my membership they do not return calls or show up when I made an initial appointment to cancel. After reading my contract it said I needed to cancel by certified mail but they refuse to accept it. My contract also said I could cancel by letting the company who handles my monthly payment know. They said they could not do anything even though the contract says it is a way to cancel. I am sure I will wind ** in collections but I refuse to give these crooks more of my money. Do not join!
