    Found a refurbished hot tub for sale via ******** MP. Turned out to be one of the owners of this hot tub moving company. Prior to us purchasing, my husband drove 3 hours to get to their shop so he could look at it in person. They agreed on a price and scheduled a delivery date. They said they dont take cards, only cash or checks. We wrote a check and recd a receipt. They were a no show on day of delivery stating a scheduling error. Rescheduled and on the morning it was supposed to be delivered, he called and said he spotted a slight leak, needed to look for it. For 6 weeks, weve been fed one excuse after another. Hit a deer, needed a new battery for truck, havent had time to isolate leak, in the *** super busy w/other hot tub moves. We even offered to drive there & pick up the hot tub ourselves but he said he prefers to set them up himself so its done right. After 6 weeks, he offered to give us a refund & said his wife, co-owner, would call to get that set up. Was then told they had to get some things straightened out 1st because 1 of their vendors wrote them a bunch of bad checks so give them a couple days. Called several days later to ask if check has been mailed. They requested a few more days & assured us no later than Tuesday. I asked him to send us the check now & we wouldnt cash until Tuesday but he wouldnt commit. His go to is that he always needs to check on something first and will call us back but never calls back when he says so then we are following back up. Weve now completed week 2 of trying to get our money back. Our calls have gone to voicemail thru the business number and his mailbox is full. Left message on company vm. He texted back saying he was at the ** again. If you read **** or other online reviews youll see similar complaints and patterns from others. Tomorrow starts week 8 of this nightmare. Her ******** 5 star rating is fake, just like their websites 5 stars from multiple places. Its a picture not links you can review

    On September 4th, I purchased a hot tub for delivery for $2500 with a personal check. The hot tub was never delivered, the company stated various reasons. Eventually they quit answering or returning calls. I requested a refund to which they said they would get to it eventually but kept avoiding my calls and texts. I currently cannot get any communication from them. They cashed my check September 6. As of today I have no hot tub and they will not refund my money. This is pure consumer theft!

    They will not give me back my $1000 for a deposit on a hot tub I never received. They have since stoped answering calls and texts. I have read reviews and this seems to be there new businesses way of stealing peoples money.
