    I have been on a quarterly sharps pick-up with this company for about a year now. Every time they come and collect my sharps I get a $99 over allotment fee, when my receipt always says 1 case was picked up. Every time I call to get this resolved I am assured this will not happen next time and here we are on round 3. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction and at this point have proven to be very untrustworthy and scammers. I am currently on day 4 waiting for the latest issue to be resolved. I will not recommend this company to anyone and look forward to taking my services elsewhere.

    I have personally been working with MedPro Disposal for over seven years and have had nothing but a positive experience. Last year I moved to a new practice and immediately reached out to MedPro once I saw how much we were overpaying for medical waste disposal. Our client manager *** has been great to work with, very responsive, and our pickup service has been excellent. We recently just added their new compliance training program and it's been so easy to manage all my employee trainings across all three offices I am responsible for. We have certainly not had anywhere near the same experience as some of the reviews below.

    This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I was hounded by the salesman, then once I signed he has disappeared. It was over a month before I realized that y'all had still not started service, and now I can't get a hold of my account rep. *** main phone number goes to a person somewhere internationally and there is no one who can help me. I even scheduled an appointment with the account rep to do a "Client Setup Call," and ******* never connected with me. Just terrible!

    This is a terrible company! They are thieves! They say they pick up and they do not. We are fighting at the present moment to get out of the contract . Unbelievable! STAY AWAY!

    I wish I went out here to read the reviews, because I would have avoided this company altogether. We have received two invoices so far and not one scheduled pickup. My feedback is no different than what others have reported. STAY AWAY! I am now looking at canceling this contract, but I know I will have to contact the higher *** to do so without fees. Trust me, I will do just that.

    This is by far the worst company ever. It doesn't even deserve 1 star . We would get charged several time for services unknown. They were supposed to do monthly Sharps pick *** and in 6 months we saw them 1 time. They say they are regulatory compliance but they make you uncompliant. We reached out by email, phone calls and chats and never received a call back regarding the charges in question. We have paid hundreds of dollars over the last couple months and we have no idea what the charges are for. The website is never updated and when I did get through to a customer service rep once, she promised to follow up and did not. When I submitted a letter to end all services with this company, I then got an instant response stating they will fix things, followed by a new bill for the next month. They are fraudulent, scam artists and the worst customer service I have ever seen. I highly advise against anyone ever using this company and do not put a credit card on file.

    I have been a customer for 2 and half years and have been very dissatisfied with their customer service . When I tried to discontinue their services they would not let me do it stating I have to pay till the end of the contract. They charged my credit card twice without my consent . ****** learnt never place credit card on autopay with this company. The salesman who made me sign up for this service did not disclose all the clauses in the contract and misrepresented the compliance laws of mg state or my options on the terms of service when I signed up as we were a new Bussiness at that time and naive and unaware of their tactics to have us sign us up into a long binding contract. Never would recommend any medical practice to sign up with this company and never sign a contract or leave credit card on file .

    In December 2021, I used MedPro Disposal for a one-time service. I was required to pay for the service prior to receiving a shipping container and did so. Following this, I received multiple shipments of new containers which I returned or refused. 1/18/22 Billed $125 for service not requested or used. Reached out to MedPro Disposal without resolution and contested with credit card company. Received additional shipment of containers which were not requested. Reached out to MedPro Disposal and asked them to stop shipping and to remove me from their records. 2/23/22 Posted negative review and received a call from MedPro Disposal asking me to remove the review. I was told the above transaction would be voided. Agreed to consider whether to remove the review when I saw that there were no additional charges.3/9/22 I was finally emailed a credit memo after several requests. 3/31/22 Received invoice notification for service not requested or used $125. Contacted MedPro Disposal to have this voided. 4/30/22 Received invoice notification for service not requested or used $125. Contacted MedPro Disposal to have this voided. 5/5/22 Notified balance due $250. Again contacted MedPro Disposal and was notified this would be removed. 5/16/22 Notified balance due $250. Contacted MedPro Disposal. No response 5/18/22 Notified balance due $250. 5/19/22 Contacted MedProDisposal and was told this would be credited ASAP. 5/25/22 Received phone call from MedPro Disposal reminding me of an open balance of $250.
