    This is an app that pays you for data and they keep taking money out of my account. Ive had this account for over a year and every time I get to where I should be able to cash out they pull money out of your account so I cant and this is been going on for months and when I try to reach out to them, they wont respond back.

    I initially reached out to support on September 1st, 2023 because my payments had not been released since late May/early June 2023 when I initially signed up. They replied that payments would be released shortly. I have reached out to support twice (May ****** 2024) since with no response. It has been a year, and my current owed balance is $90.66.

    I have been using the Tapestri app for quite a while and expected to receive a payout at the beginning of June. Per their policy, once your account reaches $65, a payout will be sent on the last day of the month (screenshot of this policy attached). I sent a message to their support email address on June 10 to inquire as to why I hadn't received my payout. I got a reply saying they would get back to me within 2 weeks. I have sent 5 additional messages since that time because I've NEVER heard anything back and still have not received my payout, which is now at $86. I just want to be paid the money that I've earned and is rightfully due to me.Thanks,Deb

    In March, my Tapestri app was supposed to pay my *********** account over $80. It hasnt and I have been emailing them for months. I only got 1 human email response saying were aware and working on it and you should have a resolution in 2 weeksThat was over a month ago. There is no other way to contact this company, other than email.

    I am filing a complaint against Tapestri, a data collection app, regarding their inconsistent payment practices. Over the past two years, Tapestri has repeatedly changed the thresholds and deadlines for user payouts.Currently, ********************** claims to send payments via Stripe on the last day of the month, minus transaction fees, once a user reaches a minimum threshold of $65. However, this information appears to be inaccurate.In May 2024, I surpassed the $65 threshold. Despite meeting the supposed criteria, I have not received any payment from Tapestri since 2022. This is a clear violation of their stated policy and raises concerns about the legitimacy of their payout system.Request:I request the Better Business Bureau to investigate Tapestri's payout practices. Specifically, I would like to know:Why the payout thresholds and deadlines have been repeatedly changed.Why I have not received any payment since 2022, despite reaching the current threshold in May 2024.What steps Tapestri will take to rectify this situation and ensure timely payments to all users in the future.I have attached any relevant documentation to support my claims.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.*************************************************************************************************************

    I still have not been paid for at least $85 USD for 2 months and all my support tickets go unanswered. I have reported the app on the app store as a scam, but this app should be removed and taken down. They are profiting of our data without payout.

    When I first downloaded the app it was supposed to pay out when you reach $25 when I reach $25 they change the payout amount to $65. I have reached $65 and there was no payout as promised I contacted them and they basically said Im on a list to be paid. This is absolutely asinine. Theyre taking my information and not paying me as promised. They are not providing the service that they promised when I joined and signed on this is fraud and theft, and I want a resolution immediately.I was told I was on a list to be paid and I have heard nothing since then.

    This company claims to pay you for letting them track your phone's location and for checking in at various locations. There are a number of other ways to earn also, but those are the primary methods.When I first joined, the *** stated that once you had accumulated $10 in earnings, they would automatically be paid on the first day of the following month. That didn't happen. I went in and took a look at my account to see if I had done anything wrong (payment settings, etc.) and discovered that they had raised the minimum payout threshold to $25. Annoyed, but I kept going until I reached $25. Once again, not paid on the first of the following month.Checked the app again, only to discover that they had changed the minimum payout to $65. When I reached that minimum, I still didn't get paid.Requests for support have gone unanswered. When I tried to check them, the app said there weren't any. So either they are immediately deleted upon receipt or they just disappear into cyberspace.Worst part is, I foolishly paid $20 for their yearly upgrade and I can't find a way to cancel it before they take my money again.
