Very bad experience with this dealership! is all about being a human and having respect! all this is not about this dealership, they will smile you in the face and they will lie to you for their convenience, they kept my car for three weeks, telling me that everything is OK and there is no blue smoke at the cold start, and that everything is OK with the car and nothing to worry about, the car got only ****** miles and it's still on the warranty, they refuse to see the problem and they don't want to fix it, when you will wan to buy a car from them they will be your best friend, when they will have to fix a problem on the warranty they will kick you out from the dealership parking lot!!!

Mr. ********* You asked us to investigate an oil burning/consumption concern on your 2020 Lexus GX you purchased "USED" from a *** dealer. Our Lexus Certified Master Technician found no oil burning/consumption and your vehicle was ready for pickup at the end of day two at no charge, despite a thorough diagnostic process. Since your vehicle is equipped with aftermarket items, namely a non-Lexus exhaust (that is approximately half the size of the original Lexus exhaust) those components are no longer covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, that smaller muffler retains a higher amount of condensation that causes a moisture vapor (white smoke) at start-up. As we only recommend or quote necessary repairs, in your case, no repairs were needed, so no repairs were quoted. You refused to accept that diagnosis and pick up your vehicle, causing your vehicle to remain here for 15 additional days. The only charge you incurred was the pulling/inspection of spark plugs that was done at your request. We did not recommend that operation (since your vehicle was not burning oil) yet you insisted. We obliged your request, and upon completion, again, no issue was found. Everyone here has always been professional and courteous with you. If you still disagree with our findings, we encourage you to explore another professional opinion. We wish you the all the best. Lexus of Naperville

** April 2023, my wife and I visited Lexus of Naperville with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. We had a discussion about the process of making a business purchase with *****, who served as our salesman, and ***********, the Sales Manager. Following our conversation, we provided the necessary information for a business purchase as requested.During the finalization phase of selecting a vehicle, I was taken aback to discover that **************** had accessed my personal credit file without obtaining my permission. I am puzzled as to how he obtained my social security number, as it was not included in any of the information we provided. When I inquired about this matter, **************** continued in an attempt to convince me of a conversation about the necessity of my involvement as a guarantor for Lexus Financial to finance the purchase. However, he did not provide any answer on who authorized the access to my personal credit file.Despite ******************** persistent efforts to persuade me otherwise, I remain certain that we never had the discussed conversation. Had such a conversation taken place, I would have reconsidered pursuing the purchase altogether. Consequently, I have lost confidence in **************** and terminated our communications.Unfortunately, this unauthorized inquiry has adversely affected my personal credit profile. To address this issue, I have initiated a dispute with the credit bureaus and will be filing a complaint with Lexus corporate to ensure they are made aware of the situation. My hope is that this incident will be thoroughly investigated, preventing its recurrence and safeguarding others from similar experiences.
