Their customer service is top notch. I ordered ********************** for my grill and they followed up with me to make sure I was getting the correct match. They responded quickly and professionally. They even sent me an "extra part" that I didn't originally order to make sure my grill works correctly. I was looking for an accessory for my Ninja Foodi Blender. I ordered it on Grill Parts America, it arrived promptly, but was the same one I had. It was my mistake. I emailed customer service, they responded within hours with a free shipping return label. They were kind and efficient, even though it was my error. I highly recommend this company!Review from Joe G

On Nov 6 I placed an order for a leaf blower shoulder bag. By Nov 14 I hadn't received any information on a delivery date (my error--I missed an update email). I then emailed the company and within hours received a response. The email stated the status of the order and offered options on how I wanted to handle it. Well ironically the product arrived later this same day. Being as my husband is the one requesting and using the bag commented on the quality, size and complete satisfaction of it. As for me....I am completely satisfied with the prompt communication with this company and swiftness of action taken. I definitely with have future purchases and highly recommend them and chance I get.Review from anthony t

This should be called rip off company America, after placing an order they said was in stock ready to ship 2 or so weeks went by no order I checked and said they should have told it was back ordered they would express ship when in checked back few times than checked their web site and it said my products' were in stock and ready to ship this was 30days later when I told them I saw this they canceled my order the worse online experience I ever had, and I shop a lot online. VERY DISERPOINTED

The customer ordered a part that was not in stock. They were informed it was not in stock several times. After 30 days the part was still out stock so the order was cancelled. The customer was also informed of the cancellation and put in a "notify me" list to let them know when the part would be back in.Review from Linda R

On October 24, 2024, I ordered a new grill cover for our grill for my husband's birthday. It did not come on the day it was promised, so I emailed them. ***** answered my email and said there was a problem with my address and he fixed it. He sent me an email back apologizing and said it would ship out withing 48 hours. Two days later it came. ***** was super kind and I sent him an email response thanking him. On September 17, 2024, I ordered replacement stainless steel burner tubes for my ************ grill. The order arrived on September 19th, and I installed the burners tubes and they worked fine.I must admit that a day after I made my purchase, I did a ****** search of your business, and found that some online sites warn that your company is a scam.Needless to say, in my case, I found the scam claims to be untrue. I have a 1st generation ******* and I have always loved it because it is different from everybody else's. I was having a hard time trying to find parts. Grill parts was highly suggested to me bt a friend. I sent them an email asking if they had any information based on some pics I took. **************** emailed me back quickly with the part I needed at a very reasonable price. In a world where amazon seems to be everybody's go to, they have no ****************. It was refreshing to deal with Grill Parts. Thanks again! *******Review from Shawn H

Placed my order to a new thermometer and cover for my grill. I had to email to get the tracking number, however they responded immediately within 4 hours. My order was delivered successfully within 1 week of placing the order. Well, ordered these k**** for an old but still highly loved Spirit 500 (redtop). I was down to just one original working k*** that I would change around to control the three burners. Pain in the ****. The original k**** are very hard to find and pricy. Decided to try these. Astheticaly they look like ***** k**** on the newer models, but, they fit and work just fine on this 25+ year old bbq I own. Only sad to see that there made in *****. Oh well. Had a hick-up with not receiving a tracking number after ordering. A quick email to customer service remedied that and I received them the next day. Work beautifully.
