Was very excited to try PRP wines, unfortunately, the rep from this company made my guests feel extremely uncomfortable when they were discussing the wines privately. While it is understood that this is supposed to be a professional tasting the representative from PRP was nothing of professional, and made my guess feel extremely uncomfortable. This is extremely saddening, because we are very big connoisseurs of new wine, however, the lack of professionalism from the wine ambassador left us no want to proceed with any further businessReview from ellen g

Went to several wine tastings with my sisters and every time, my one sister usually has the wine shipped to her and for the last 4 times it has been screwed up. 3 times with this one guy and now we heard he is no longer with the company and so my sister thought this guy would do better but boy was she WRONG! Another screwed up order! She says she's done with PRP wine!Review from Roscoe R

Was told all these great things and options when purchasing voucher, then told the opposite, all the restrictions and minimum date availability. I ask for a refund and a guy very unprofessionally told me he will get back with me??? By the way I'm still waiting for that call and they never answer their phone when u call. If u don't believe me, try calling today. Bad customer service, Big Fat (zero).

Had a great tasting at the ********* in **********, ** and purchased a case even after finding out the price, it is good wine. Excellent customer service & shipping from the ********* office. When it arrived it was short a bottle but it only took one call to ****** to have it here the next day, the only questions was how could she help us. Looking forward to the wine tastings later in the year per the sales rep.PRP Wine International, Inc. Response

The most racist company in the world!!!!! I attended a home show in ************ and this vendor had consultants there that refused to deal with people of color. It was downright disgusting!We were overlooked and ignored. Given a mediocre tasting with negative and racist consultant.Its a shame because you passed on consumers who were eager to support, learn and actually purchase your wine.Will not support this companyReview from Me T

I purchased an in home wine tasting in fall of ************************** ** and scheduled it for **** of 2022. 2 days before the party, the rep texted me and asked for my address. She did not respond to that text message until 2 hours before the party was supposed to start and told me that she was actually located in KS and no one would be able to host the tasting for us. I don't know how I got paired with a consultant located in another state, and I have no idea how this was not discovered until the day of the wine tasting since I had the party on the books for more than 6 months in advance.I asked for a refund and had to keep following up with the company to get it. I was issued a refund a week later without any kind of acknowledgement from a manager or anyone higher up than the consultant about the mishap. The lack of communication or accountability from the company about their mistake is unforgivable.
