While the cost of our small reno was reasonable but on the high side, this company is so well organized and knows how to communicate clearly on all aspects of the prep work, the day-of, and special accommodations for your custom job that it is really worth it. This is a firm that clearly puts quality and customer service first while also carrying a broad line of brands to fit the need of the job. Installed a triple casement window for me. Im so happy with the finished product! Unbelievable to me how they could carefully remove the old window and not harm the painted/wallpapered wall surrounding the window. I had to do zero touch **** They were so respectful of my house, both inside and out. Put down tarps everywhere to protect carpeting and deck floor. They perfectly vacuumed the very small amount of trash left on the floors. Workers were very polite. Thank you, Opal, for making me a very satisfied customer!Opal Enterprises, Inc. Response
