  I am contacting you all because this is not my first time having this issue with your location *******************. **********, IL *****. Every time my family and I take clothes to this location they will give them back stating that they smell when the clothes were just washed. Today was the last straw I took shoes and purses only. I went to pick up what they took and didn't. I was told that my shoes were old and not in style. The same shoes they have on the shelves that look horrible, it smells bad, flies were everywhere. Attached are the shoes they accepted but the shoes I took in I was told is out of date. ****** is always the one. I am not the only black person who has experience this. I will be contacting the attorneys **************** to report this store and ****** stating things smell, out of date and you all have the same items in the store. ****** will be mentioned in the complaint seeing as though she tells all black people their items stink. Attached are picture of shoes in their store. The same shoes that were in the bag that was not looked at.

  Our inventory needs (what we purchase from customers) are constantly changing for our store, we purchase items based on that particular items style and condition and how well the items sell in our store. Sometimes we may purchase items that do not sell as well as we had hoped and they will sit on the racks in the store and go to clearance. We are constantly using our sales data in order to define the inventory needs of the store. Our volume of items coming into the store is the highest during August and September. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have our staff continue to try to communicate our needs and reasons for not purchasing their items to customers.
