            I had a Furnace/AC combo installed in 10/2020. Around 10/2021 The furnace began to leak water, so i called ******************* owner of Independent Tech n Air who installed the unit. He came out and replaced a gasket which he said was the issue. Two months later it began to leak again. I notified him that once again it was leaking water. He blamed the manufacturer and said he was not to blame. I called and text him but never came out even thou I had a 2yr warranty on labor which he gave me and 10yrs on parts. I eventually called Aspen Heating and they replaced the gasket once again. It lasted 2 weeks and it started to leak. Aspen came out again and took the furnace apart and discovered it wasn't the gasket it was the drain which was installed incorrectly. The drain needed to be vented which it wasn't causing water to back up and damage the heat exchanger. The total cost was $953.50. $188.50 for the gasket & $765.00 for the labor on the heat exchanger. If Independent Tech n Air (*******************) would have honored the warranty he would have figured the problem out. He chose to breach the contract and leave me with a huge ****.
