    On July 12th, I purchased a extract pen from this store, and spent $109.00, after using for only 2 times, the pen stopped working. On July 16th, I contacted the store owner regarding this issue, and instead of him taking care of the issue, he began to yell and scream at me on the phone, accusing me of complaining about the pen and that it was my fault that it did not work. I was unable to explain in detail what was going on with the item due to this man talking over me and yelling, while refusing to listen to what I had to say. He then made the following statement "so do you do this at other stores, say that things do not work and try to take them back?" At the time, I was too upset to respond, so my grandmother took the phone in hopes of talking some reason into this so called owner, when she tried to present the problem once again, he then yelled at her and said there was nothing he could do about it and that we needed to contact the manufacturer. My grandmother then questioned him asking why he could not take care of the issue being that the pen was bought in his store, and that really I just wanted a replacement. He then in a very rude manner told her the following "you can take your business somewhere else," and before my grandmother could respond, he hung up on her. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional for a business owner and to yell and scream at my grandmother really upset me, especially when she was talking to him in a very respectful manner. This has not been the first time, I have bought product from this store that did not work, and usually did not bother to return, but this time, after spending the amount of money I did, I wanted the problem solved. I also learned later that this store is known for selling products that do not work, and refusing customers refunds and replacements, while getting rude with them in the same manner in which I experienced.

    I am not surprised that this business did not respond, because they were in the wrong and they knew it.  I still think their score should be lowered as they did not respond and take care of this issue and the fact that this business deletes the bad reviews from their site while writing their own positive reviews should be addressed, as this is sending false information to constitutes in the community and should not be allowed through this site.
