Make sure that your item(s) is unused and returned in resalable condition. This includes sending back all manuals, parts, accessories and original, undamaged packaging.
If you are worried about the condition of your product, please contact us before proceeding with your return. Returned items missing any of these components or that appear to be used or laundered will not be accepted.
Should you choose to return your product and it is deemed resalable by JustKidsStore, we will issue a full refund to your method of payment less shipping costs.
For orders where shipping costs were included IN ADDITION to product costs; you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the product costs. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
For orders where you received Free Shipping (including those over $99 and automatically qualified); you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the product costs minus our original cost to ship the product to you.
Please complete a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please be sure to specify the RA Number and Order Number on the shipping label of any packages sent to JustKidsStore. Returns that do not specify an RA number will not be accepted.
