Everlake took over life insurance billing for ********. Since then their system "forgets" to autobill your credit card and cancels life insurance policies starting year 6. Then when you call to reinstate because it was their fault, they want you to refill out a full health survey to see if you're eligible.They do this because its profitable to collect on the first 5 years of a term life policy and drop clients without potentially having to payout.They also do shady practices like require you to change you password to the billing portal every 90 days, so you cant check if they messed up again.Review from Melody M

Such a scam. Everlake keeps saying the check is in the mail. I cant believe the irresponsibility that they dont use a tracking number, or certified mail, or Fed-Ex, or Wire Transfer. For the amount of money that gets paid out, I cant believe the audacity of them not protecting themselves or the client.Review from James T

This company does not provide electronic access to a statement of insurance for policies they have acquired from other companies. Then they hold the information hostage. **************** of this company insists on a policyholder exposing their sensitive information to identity fraud by transferring it over unsecure email. I provided the requested information via their secure website, yet they still insisted that I transfer it over unsecure email. They refuse to provide a phone number to do this securely. The information they do provide on their website cannot be printed (gives you a messed up format). I`ve never had a more frustrating experience with an insurance company. They are the worst.
