    Empire Today installed defective carpet in my home. The carpet has a hole in it, that was there when the carpet was installed. Empire has refused to fix the problem.I filed a compliant with Empire, and sent them pictures. Empire sent me an email saying I could have problem fixed by contacting to ************ to submit a claim with the empire service plan team. I called the Empire service plan people. They refused to fix the problem since it was caused by Empire, and not me. Apparently, they only will fix a a problem I created. If Empire created the problem, the Empire service plan won't fix it.Best regards,*******************

    i called this floor company to get new carpet put down and the old taken up. A man came out and explained everything and i paid $900. When the day came to have my service done, they where a no call no show. i called them and got the run around. As of today, they still have my $900 and no service. I would like my money back. When i called and speak to someone, they keep saying they will have a supervisor to call me.

    5th of January 2 people came to install laminate flooring and 1/4 round trim and transitional trim. Installers left my home in a mess (cut everything inside room with no filters on saw, I left them an empty 2 car garage that attached to room) and did a hack job on my floors. I called to express my concerns. For the mess reference # 1-5836299863 for the bad install # 1-5836299868. Empire (Daisy) rescheduled for a different crew to fix the bad install on the 17th of January, the same 2 people came. Daisy rescheduled for the 8th of February, no call and no show. Rescheduled for the 12th of February, installer called a 3:47 to say he wasn't coming. Assured me he would come the next week and I'd be the 1st job. Rescheduled for the 19th of February, I called around noon, empire said they would be here by 3:30, installer called at 4:19 saying he'd be here at 5:30, empire called and said install got a flat tire and couldn't make it. After the 2nd reschedule I told Daisy I wanted refund and to come and take it all out. She said that can't be done. I've used personal days that I don't get paid for waiting for them to never show, my weekends waiting for no shows. I paid them $500.00 and owe empire-***** fargo $1,919.46 account # *******************, I've lost money for taking days for them not to show. I will have to hire someone to fix this job and pay for the replacement trim and flooring. Daisy scheduler ************************************************************ ************************* install manager?***************** sales person, they all have seen pictures and agree it's a disgusting job. Rescheduled 4 times and never done a thing!

    I am rejecting this response because: they empire has scheduled me to be home 4 different times and never showed (that's 40 hours) of me waiting on them. No additional charge!? They owe me for the cleanup I had to do and an incomplete floor. I believe all the attachments were sent with my original complaint... rescheduled ... for what, THEY DONT SHOW UP when they reschedule, I sit here for 10 hours each time for no one to come?
