    I would like to start this complaint off by saying that the upper leadership of management is rude and unprofessional and i could see why the associates at this store location is rude and nasty with customers **** and choose not to help certain customers, this is now my second time not receiving a so not pleasant experience at this store location. I came to this store location for prints i asked the associates Mac if he could edited my brochures for my company, Very rude he told me now and that the brochures would need to be sent off to a 3rd party company to edit and design, Mac stated but if you wanted them printed i could've done them, so after mac stated that i said well you no longer have to edit could you just print them, Mac replied the turnover time would still be 3 days from today, because we are understaffed, I said so now that i want the job periled now you saying you could no longer do the job, when you just stated if i wanted the brochures printed and not edited or designed you could do it in store today. I asked to speak with a manager which is *****, ***** was very basis not being adjective to both sides nor did he care to hear my concerns, His mind was already made up that the employee mac treated me fair even with being rude to me and not doing my order, the manager ***** did not care about how could he make things right, all je cared about is telling me very rudely how the store has 21 orders to complete and that's it and walked away from me. I would like for someone to reach out to me to complete my order and that both employees receive coaching on how to communicate with customers effectively. I do feel like my race played a part in the employee not wanting to do my order. ***** needs more training regarding dealing with the public and maybe even a public speaking training, He has no people skills. Even when i was expressing to him what mac did ***** continued to role his eyes doing the entire that i was talking to him.
