    Sick and tired of the drivers ( ******* location)moving the cans to the middle of the driveway. Residents obviously put their cans in a certain spot,purposely. They do this ALL the time. I have called with ZERO changes. Why would they pick up a garbage can, dump it out, then drive a few feet to put it down? It's hard for people with disabilities to have to get out of their car to move the cans just so they can pull into their driveways! Or to have to walk down their driveway to move the cans so they can leave their driveway. SERIOUSLY... PLEASE PUT THE **** CANS BACK WHERE THE RESIDENTS PLACE THEM.

    Contracted with them for several years now. They agreed to pickup my trash every other Thursday. My account is on automatic payment. This is the second time this year that my trash hasn't been picked up. When I called the office the first time, the young lady said that they would pick it up the following Thursday and that there would be a fee for the additional pickup. I told her that they hadn't come to pick up the week prior so why am I being charged again. AND HERE WE ARE AGAIN...it's Thursday and we have trash over flowing because no one picked up the trash. Now I have to store this trash in **************** again so I won't get fined by the City for this trash. And to top it off when I called to speak to a supervisor about this she tells me that someone will call me back in 3 days regarding my contract. THIS IS SOME BS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Gave me extra erroneous charges on multiple occasions. These charges were for ridiculous amounts of money.

    Contracted with them for 2 dumpsters for a particular date. Received confirmation from their company and they charged us for both, took. Only 1 delivered. They did not answer their phones at the business or emergency line. Finally spoke with *** (the owner) he tried to charge us additional for them to bring the other dumpster we had already paid for and was already several days late. Literally they screwed us over, were in breach of contract, and they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Can you even! Then owner *** promised to pick up dumpster, empty and return. Never happened. They continued to say it was coming for days. This went on for a week. We had to pay for people to stack trash anticipating a dumpster that never came. Eventually had to pay a different company emergency pricing to get a dumpster so that we wouldn't violate village permits. I gave Flood Brothers the opportunity to make it right by refunding us the full amount. Their contract representative said they would refund us the full amount realizing they had cost us a bunch of money at this point. THEN, *** the owner reneged on that and said wouldn't refund us the full amount. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you are looking to work with a company that will fulfill their contract on time, they are not the company for you. Or in the event that something happens (that is entirely the company's fault), that ends up costing you major time and expense, you would hope the company would want to make it right. That is not Flood Brothers. They kept saying "misunderstanding" when I have a whole clear chain of paperwork and confirmations and conversations that were entirely clear about the contract and their failure to perform. I would steer clear of this company. Worst customer service ever.

    NO STARS!!! Don't be fooled by companies that present themselves as friendly, courteous, and professional. I called customer service after hours and listened to a voice prompt of their hours and a recorded message which sounded very friendly and professional, with a good customer service tone in the recorded message. By no means is Flood Brothers friendly and professional with their services. Shutting off someone's service without any reach out is ridiculous! Everyone can make mistakes and it seems to pay online is not always a "sure thing" when you assume it was paid, once applied. One missed payment should not equal a cut-off of your service when you have paid - just days ago, not knowing the last billing period was not paid. Shut off for $50? Common, something has got to change or people will be dropping you. There is no **************** when this happens.

    The worst company. They didnt collect garbage, for extra chair on the side they charge you extra $30 , they drop garbage on the street and never collected or pick them up . They are rude.

    So I called Flood brothers to ask why the garbage wasnt picked up, the young lady I spoke to said she would dispatch the call and have them pick up the garbage. A couple days went by and still no garbage pick up. So I called again and explained the situation again. Another lady I spoke with told me she would contact the pick up to have them come by. Finally after a few days I noticed they picked up the garbage and also took the garbage bins with as well smh. So when I called back I asked why they had taken the garbage bins, I also explained to her that I had a brand new account I had opened with them and I needed garbage bins to throw away my garbage. I get a invoice in the mail for $25 ( which the money isnt even a issue), I was confused because the invoice said I was being charged for extra pickup. So I call and ask to speak to a manager because I was confused that I was charged for extra pickup when the garbage was not being picked up so of course I would call for them to pick up.I spoke with a gentleman who was very rude and told me since they had to pick it up on the day that garbage pick up was not scheduled I had to pay for it. I explained to him that the garbage was there from before and he kept going back and forth with me that if there was garbage left over from the previous owner it would state that in the final walk through which it did not all say that, I even called my realtor to explain what had happened and she said she had never heard of that either. I had asked him if they have records of the conversations for customer service reasons and he can hear that it wasnt my garbage that needed to be picked up. He kept arguing with me and told me if it wasnt in the final walkthrough paperwork I would be held responsible which to me was a crock of shit!it took at least 3 different phone calls to have the issue resolved and bo one said anything to me about having to pay for any of it.

    Windsor Estates Apts, ************ ** the service starts between *****am. Personally I'm up that early, but not everyone in my household is. With inflation at am all time high, we try to keep windows open at night for fresh air, but can't on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
