            Date of transaction was October 13, 2022. I was charged $39.93 for a omega car dash cam that I did not order. The website was in the form of an email that said I had won a ******* 170 piece tool set from Ace Hardware Rewards. I filled out the survey thinking that I was receiving a prize. When I filled out the form this website got my information including my name, address, phone number, email and bank card info. I filed a dispute with my bank and they canceled my bank card because my information was stolen. On October 19, 2022 I contacted the bank and they suggested calling the company with the phone number being posted on my bank statement . I called them and they said that they charged me for several entries for a chance to win the said ******* tool set. They also said that I signed up for a subscription for something and would be charged $89.00 soon for I dont even know what. This company also stole $4.97 for what was supposed to be a shipping fee and the website, address and phone number are completely different. The other website according to my bank statement says hypeearbuds.com. Both of these companies are fraudulent and are scamming people out of their money. I want them to return all of the money that they stole from me and they need to be shut down because they are ripping people off. The addresses and everything are phony as well. When I asked for the name of the company they said it was Tech Offers. This is not anywhere on my bank statement so Im sure its a scam. At the end of the phone call, they gave me a fake reference number as well. It was ******. Im going to include some screenshots of everything that I am stating so that this matter can be resolved in a reasonable manner of time. Thank you so much.
