Went in for a consultation for hair extensions the owner who put them in recommended these hair extensions and knew about the prior damage to my hair and still put them in, theyre supposed to last 6 to 8 months all but 2 fell out within a week I had contacted her and went in today and was told my hair was too damaged she felt sorry for me. She originally wanted to put other extensions in before these but she recommended these. Not only does my hair look horrible I have to walk around like this. I asked her if I could get a refund all she did was offer to take the 2 out that were left in my hair.

This is a very unfortunate situation. **** and I have been texting for approximately two weeks since the install 12/19/2023. She has no call/no showed for 5 appointments, as she would call and complain that she is losing her extensions, she finally kept her appointment after two weeks, stating that 50 *****s and 20 ITips were falling out of her hair. She brought in a zip loc bag with 10 ITips with her hair attached from the root. I was perplexed and could not understand what she did. She then started pulling out her extensions in front of me and my assistant, saying look how they are coming off as she is pulling her hair out from the root. I informed her not to do that as her hair is literally breaking off. In the initial consultation I told her, her hair was not in good condition and that she would need to be extra careful with shampooing and combing her hair. I have the text messages she texted me and said she washed her hair a few times within the first week of install. I also didn't think her hair was long enough for extensions which I expressed to her. She pleaded with me and my assistant (who was present both times) to help her, she was very distraught about her hair, still wanting the extensions, she signed a contract stating that there are no refunds for the hair, I clearly expressed that several times. She has done this to another salon as well, my regret is that after she was bad mouthing the other salon I should of said no and sent her on her way. She told me she was going to another salon to have her KTips removed I told her I would gladly remove them she declined and walked out. Prior to the install she came and I removed her Tape-ins she had from the previous salon, I shampooed her, cut her ends and styled her hair free of charge, also recommended for her to have a conditioning treatment but she declined. I spent 4 hours installing her extensions and the physical and emotional trauma from that appointment is priceless! I have attached pictures with dates she posted on her social media before she came to me, the day of install and the following day.

Note: My credentials, I am a certified Dream Catchers ITip, ***** ***** and Tape-Ins installer.

I am rejecting this response because:
If she went to school for it why did they fall out within 3 days? Your the expert isnt that what a consultation is you ordered hair we never discussed this was your suggestion and of course you trust someone doing your hair well at least you think you can for them to fall out in 3 days you have me sign a contract for completely different hair. Im not going  and forth with you look at the pictures that was the day of installment.
why wouldnt you provide these contracts sooner.
    Sincerely,
