I ordered a firearm online, went to my FFL to fill out necessary documents after he received the firearm, i inspected the firearm and noticed it was not the color I ordered, called Locked Loaded, talked to 3 people, and came to the conclusion, they sent the wrong firearm, I needed to go to my FFL, 40 miles and an hour away, ( I live in rural Colorado) take photos, sent them to them, they would determine if it was black or green, issue a RMA, my FFL would send the firearm back, after they received it, they would inspect it to determine whether it was the correct color or not, if it was wrong they would send correct color firearm. This process would involve me driving 160+\- miles, over 4 hours driving, plus time at the FFL dealer. And it would take approximately 8-10 working days. I decided it’s not worth the hassle to do all that, the gun would end up costing a lot more considering time and fuel. This was my third purchase from Locked Loaded, and my last, it’s not worth saving $60 to get the wrong gun and then go through their hoops to remedy the problem, they could have offered a refund of some sort, or free ammo, cheap $30 gun holster, anything-but no, nothing, just sorry, thoughts and prayers are with you, thanks for your purchase, have a nice day.

Upon reviewing your order, UPC ************ and the serial number that scanned exactly matches the Lipsey's exclusive that was advertised on our website. This UPC has a FDE frame with a black slide. This configuration can be verified with the only distributor that has this available to sell as it is their exclusive. Our website also indicated that it is FDE. Pictures are always required for review as we have had instances where the FFL made the mistake of trying to transfer the incorrect gun, manufacturers have packaged incorrectly, or there was a shipping issue. Per the review of all documentation, the correct serial number and UPC was shipped to your FFL. We also took in consideration that you were not close to your FFL and was willing to contact your FFL for the requested photos. I’ve read bad reviews on this company and honestly I did make a purchase with skepticism. However I’m here as an honest first time buyer , telling not to believe the bs. I ordered a s&w 30 super carry and I received in four days. Brand new as advertised. The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a firearm online.Locked Loaded Response

Advertised and showed pictures of Tokarev TAR 12W but shipped a Tokarev TAR 12 FDE. Pictures and Description of model were the TAR 12W. They claim it is buyers fault because they listed the UPC and SKU correctly but there is no way to look up either of those on SDS Imports or Tokarev USA's websites. After this happened, the next day they have another entry that is correct but have left the wrong item still listed. Note: To refuse shipment at FFL is a huge hassle and takes 2 days to review your claim. and doubles the shipping and other costs. Becomes cost prohibitive. Never do business over the internet with this kind of company.Review from Tom J

This business has very poor customer service and has highly misleading advertising by showing an item which you place an order for and then get a notification from them that it is out of stock and when you ask for a refund/cancellation they say their will be restocking charge due to it was ordered even when it was more like back ordered, these people are sharks, BEWARE.Review from Nicholas A

I’ve purchased a few guns and other items from them already, but just recently I bought an item that I thought was the same as what was pictured, later I found out it was not the same. It happened to be a different model. So I emailed the store, then called them and I had zero hassle getting someone on the phone and I explained the situation to her, gave her the order number and immediately she said he manager had already mentioned the situation that morning. Long story short, they had absolutely ZERO issue with returning me a full refund to my originally charged card. I was very nervous reading these reviews before I called, I assumed I was going to either get the run around or just have to bite the bullet and keep the gun as is but on the contrary. They were very helpful and very fast with correcting the issue. I will for sure continue to do business with them! Four stars is only because the original photo that was posted was I correct. But it’s since been changed and resolved!Review from Robert H

They advertise stock that doesn’t exist. No one picks up the customer service line too. Their hold times and next in line are a total joke while waiting for assistance. Good luck with shopping at another vendor who has both integrity and accurate stock levels for paid orders.Review from Jacob N

I have ordered tons of firearms and parts/ accessories I couldn't find anywhere else. Shipping cost are a bit wacky but these guys are a small shop of and deserve a chance. Been really happy. Haven't had to reach out to them yet but everything has been great so far.Review from Budd D

I am leaving a positive review on Locked and Loaded after my first on line/FFL transaction I have ever made. After first reading reviews of L&L, I was concerned because they advertised a firearm I wanted that has been hard to find and it was at the best price. I did my homework and cross checked the description, item and manufacturer numbers with the manufacturer. Everything was accurate. I then sent an email customer inquiry to L&L and asked as many questions as I could think of over several emails. Everything worked out just the way they reported. All questions were answered and several in the same day. Being certain of my purchase, the length of time it would take to ship, and the lowest price I could find, (shipping and tax included) I decided to give them a try. I am very pleased with my first transaction with this company. These guy’s had the lowest price on the web by far. I dealt with Troy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and I had my new gun in hand the next day. Locked and loaded is my new go to store! Thank guys
