            I took my vehicle to have it repaired and I was charged **** to fix I left and wasnt even gone an hour and my vehicle started acting back up. I took it directly back to the repair shop only for him to tell me I needed a new engine after I had already paid him ****.00 dollars to repair it

            Never go to this automotive repair shop. Totally bogus! I took my suv to them needing a new engine theyve charged me a total of **** dollars for the engine . My suv has been sitting for almost 4 months. On top of it sitting at their shop its been parked outside with the doors open and untouched. I plan on going to the furthest extent to get my money back as they claim the funds are non refundable. What did you go with my money if the truck is just sitting there untouched. I plan on going to the law to file paper work against this bogus repair shop. The times we are in are hard enough as it is and I dont have the money sitting around for the type of negligence Im going through. *** missed work and caused a major weight on the shoulders of others. Please avoid at all cost! I have been lied to strait to my face about my vehicle. The engine and parts are coming from a junkyard. Im in a bad position Ive missed all of the summer dealing with this issue. The owner ***** has not replied or said anything. These people give you the run around and take your money this shop needs to be closed down. Total scam artists BEWARE! BEWARE! Beware!!!!!

            I purchased a engine 12/6/22 for a vehicle they said needed a engine. They reassured me the engine had arrived to *********** would begin work. They never began work so after 2 months of being patient I informed them I was transferring vehicle to another shop. I then found out they never procured the engine I paid $3705 to them. I requested a invoice but they never produced it & visited parts company and they have no records of them purchasing the engine. I sent the tow truck to pick up ***************** They didn't have it. I had to file a police report for ************** I had to contact legal Aid & start actions for legal recourse. I have demanded full refund for services not rendered with No cooperation. They are not honest & work with no integrity. I'm positive they took my payment & used it for other reasons such as personal gain. 2 months is more than enough time to repair a vehicle if they actually had part. No labor ever was attempted in 2 months.

            I paid for vehicle services that were not rendered. The business could not resolve the issue with my vehicle. A faulty part was installed in my vehicle. A third party temporarily got the faulty part functional, but could not completely install due previous faulty work done. Due to the matter of the faulty work, my trust in ******* automotive is shattered. I would like a refund of all money except for deposit.
