            This company does not answer phone calls or when we leave callbacks they don’t call back. Our washer has been down for about three weeks now and I’ve contacted them and contacted them and contacted them and it’s sitting full of water and haven’t sent anybody out here to fix it so anybody here can do their laundry They don’t come do repairs right they just fired a guy that comes and does our repairs the fire extinguisher downstairs is our of date. We’ve notified them about it and they don’t answer calls when we have concerns about things I put in for a name changed like a month ago that I had gotten married and to change my last name, my last name has not been changed on anything and we’ve been having problems the Rent issue and they won’t answer. Any calls about it and stuff like that And I feel like that the renters are getting scammed out of their money because the property owner is always out of the country or on some sort of trip. And the repairs are just slapped together and not done properly

            I would like to drop the complaint on bts property llc i no longer need this complaint and would like it to be dismissed as soon as possible problems are being resolved
