    We have contacted them several times about having our cement slab fixed on our front entrance way. It has become hazardous and dangerous! They are our HOA and are supposed to fix these these things for us! They continue to blow us off!!!!

    We moved into this apartment in January and the window was broken. It is really hard to get up and then it won't stay up on its own. It falls straight down. It's wobbly and is not air tight. You can see gaps in it. When we gave them the list of things that needed to be prepared, they came over and fixed two things and said the maintenance guy said they were aware of the window and they don't know what the previous tenant did to break it, but they were getting a quote to replace the whole thing. On May 19th, I sent another email addressing several issues that they never fixed and other things wrong with the apartment, including the window. I reiterated how I need them to fix that window and how they told me they were getting a quote in January and they never got back to me. Maintenance came and, again, fixed other things, but this time said that they were trying to see if he could do it or if a company needed to come out to do it. I still haven't heard back about that. Tonight, there is a terrible storm and it is very windy. My husband and I were in the living room and heard a couple of crashes and then heard the wind. We ran back there and sure enough, the window fell off. The lower part of the window fell inward and the glass fell out of it. We have a desk in front of the window that my husband used to build Legos. He just built a pretty big set and it was in front of the window and it was holding the window up. If we didn't have that there it likely would have fell the the floor. We tried to push it back into place but we couldn't. And at that point it was about to start pouring and the wind was so bad. We had to hold it in place. We ended up borrowing duct tape from a neighbor and duct taping the whole window back on and the glass back inside it.

    I have called for two months for someone to come out and clean my dryer vent. I have to dry my clothes twice in order for the clothes to be completely dry. Professional leasing has told me that they will not come out and clean it due to it being on the second story. PLS has also told me that ******** **** *** **** ******** was to come out and clean it. When I spoke to ******** they told me they were waiting on PLS to get ahold of the property owner of the apartment complex’s to see if they wanted to do more than just one dryer vent.

    I am registered for auto payment but i did not authorize ever. I raised the concern last month in an ail to **** ****** the owner of the business via the renters website. I received no response (none) for 39 days and i just received notification of auto paymrnt pending That is theft without my authorization and i would like: 1) turn off auto payment as i never authorized 2) ensure jujy payment is not taken from my account 3) log this lie from the business with BBB as fraudulent beha uor by **** ****** as well as PLS rents 4) lower PLS rents BBB rating as they engage in fraud 5) explore my legal oprions **** ***** ************

    PLS contacted me on February 16 or 17th. I did not get the voicemail on my phone til the following Monday, February 21. They said I need to get my past due down to 1500 by March 1st or get a 5 day notice. I emailed February 23 about arrangements. No response. I filed for assistance through another program and I needed them to fill out their part to finish it. I emailed them those documents to fill out Wednesday also. No response. Thursday no response. Today February 25 no response. They are being very unprofessional and seem to be trying to find a way to get rid of me. With *** I never had these problems.
