On 3/29/29/2024 Mike Kuehn came to my home to start the installation process of a basketball hoop. The first step of the process was started digging the hole adding cement and installing the plate for the hoop. To actually get Mike out for this process was very labor intensive as he would schedule and date and then not show up and when he did arrive he was 6 hours late. He asked for full payment of $625 via ***** for the install and would return in a week after the cement had hardened to install the hoop. 4/10/23 he was supposed to arrive at noon. I had to call multiple times before he answered and said he didn't have help and wanted to know if my husband would help with the install. I said that was fine and he said he would be at my home at 5:30. He has not responded to any text or phone calls. I have all the text between us and he also gave me a hand written receipt showing that I paid.

I sent a message earlier stating that Michael Kuehn completed the installation of the basketball hoop. I have attached screen shots of how he talks to his customers after I told him that contacted BBB and ***** to close the cases

On 11/16/2023 I gave Mr. Kuehn a check for $ 196.59 to have an exercise cable made for my equipment by a local individual that he does business with. I have not received this cable as to date 2/8/2024. I spoke to Mr. Kuehn in January and stated that I want my money back since the person could not get the cable done. He stated the person was having trouble getting the part. I have continued to contact Mr. Kuehn asking for my money back and he will not answer or return my calls. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

On February 3, 2024 we hired Mike Kuehn of Kuehn Enterprises to come to our house to install a Rogue Fitness system. We found him on a fitness equipment site as a certified installer. He came to our home and unpacked the boxes. He put together one small part of the large piece of equipment (and we later discovered that he put it together incorrectly). He demanded full payment upfront and said he had to leave because a part was missing but he would order the part to his home and return. He left the basement Fitness room in a complete mess, then refused to return phone call or texts for over a week, essentially ghosting us. He finally returned a call when he was contacted by us over Facebook and told we were lawyers and would seek legal action if necessary; he promised several times to return on Monday Feb 13. He confirmed - on the 12tb- that he had received the parts to our equipment and would be there the next day; once again he did not show up or call or text to say he wouldn’t make it, he did not respond to any messages until I once again reached out on Facebook on February 20th. He now is refusing to refund the money for the work he did not do and he now has also stolen the parts to our equipment that were sent to him (I believe he took the parts from our home and lied to us about them not being present. I have video footage to confirm). If you look online you will see that this man has done the exact same thing to many people multiple times - he goes to someone’s home to install something and says a part is missing, He then demands full payment, and he never returns calls or texts and he never shows back up. He should not be in business and he certainly should not be allowed into people’s homes. He should be in jail. You see in messages he didn’t come. I can send the messages from my husbands phone as well that show the agmt was made and not kept. He makes up reasons that are verifiably not true in his last note via FB; he’ll continue to rip off innocent people.

I hired Kuehn Enterprises to clean 3 grills at my home and paid him $280 cash. He took the cash and said that he had some special cleaning solution that he didn't have in his truck and he would return tomorrow to clean all of the grills. I had numerous calls, texts to him and a few times he responded that he would come back and clean the grills, after a few months I had the grills cleaned by someone else. I continued to text, call and ask him to return the money and he made promised to drop it in my mailbox, and after 6 weeks of empty promises, now he doesn't return my calls or texts. He is running a very fraudulent business and needs to be closed down. He;s going to continue doing this to other people.

******* ****** was hired to install a basketball hoop at my Indiana address. I paid him in advance for the promise of his services quickly and efficiently. He continued to no call no show. Would continuously disappear from communication for days, even weeks, on end. Never installed as promised. Had to hire another person. He was referred to us by Pro Dunk Hoops. I will be filing criminal construction fraud charges in Indiana. It's a shame. I gave him every opportunity to make good.
