I don't write a lot of reviews but everyone should know what they are getting into when booking with Northgate Dental! First off, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for your appointment to start or for the dentist to come in. Second, they did a TERRIBLE job with filling my cavities! They overfilled one by ALOT, looking at it in the mirror I could tell it didn't look right and when I touched it, it was sharp and protruding. I've never had this happen with any filling. So I had to take more time off work to get it fixed. The other one seemed fine at first, just overly sensitive which I though was normal. Weeks went by and it got worse which I've never dealt with on other fillings. Again had to take time off work to have them fix it. They messed with it a little bit but it didn't help. The dentist nonchalantly says "We may have to take the filling out and try again" like it's a normal thing! Ummm no, you're not touching my teeth again! Over a month later it hurts and I can't chew on that side of my mouth. I am going to have to get it removed and redone eventually, which is more time and more money lost because of their incomitance! No apology, no concern, nothing. I recently went to ****** ****** ****** and had other cavities filled and the day after, NO PAIN & NO OVERFILLING, so that just confirms that Northgate did an awful job. Also, when Northgate Dental gave me shots to numb my mouth, my jar hurt for days! When I got the other cavities filled my jaw was fine and I was just as numb. On top of that I filled out the release of info form and asked them to send over all of my records with my new dentist and they couldn't even do that right.
