    Prior to my visit to this company on July7 this year I was informed via 2 phone conversations that they could correct an camber problem I had with my REAR tires i.e., the tires were only wearing on the inside tread, leaving the outside tread unworn. Upon my visit the I explained to employee ****** that I only needed alignment on the REAR tire and not to touch the front tires because the car drove perfectly straight and only the rear tires wore improper. I showed him a phone pic I had of this tire prior to it's replacement. ****** then informed me that they would get to it within 3 to 4 hours , and that it might need parts. I asked about what parts might that be because I knew alignments only adjusted things, not replaced things. He countered that the tech would see and then go from there. After about 4 hours later did I find out that they had in fact do what I expressly asked them NOT to do, namely adjust the front end and nothing to the rear end. He said that only a dealer could do that. I told him that if he would have been honest with me 4 hours earlier that I would have left then. ****** claimed to be both manager and part owner and that if I wanted to get my car out I would have to pay the bill of $82.50 wich I did via my debit card. I wish, based on the above, a full refund.

    My car was wrecked, the garage repairing it took it to Plaza Tire for a new right front tire. Owner of the body repair told me I needed a left front tire as well. I called Plaza Tire - told them my car was JUST in (days before) and **** *. from ****** ******** had a tire put on it. He said he was familiar with it, so I asked to order the exact type tire for the LEFT FRONT, since the right front was BRAND NEW. He said yes, but it had to be ordered, so I paid with my credit card. Car is in my name, credit card in my name, I called to ask for a driver's side front tire to be put on. All sounds so simple. Especially since the right front tire was BRAND NEW installed at Plaza Tire a week prior. Guess what they did. They asked the person I sent the car with (instead of asking the one who ordered and paid for the tire, or who owns the car), and they took of the BRAND NEW TIRE on the right, threw it out, and put another brand new tire on the right!!! They let my car leave the shop with a left front tire that had threads showing. ANYONE with common sense would see the right front was new, and did not need replacing. And the order was for a LEFT front tire, the payment was for a LEFT front tire. At any rate, the left front blew out just like **** at ****** ******** said. And I took it back to Plaza Tire. They said they did not put a left front tire. I had to buy ANOTHER tire!!!! If they took a BRAND NEW TIRE off the right front to replace it, where did it go????? they did not give it back to me, as most tire places do. They cannot 'find' it. They don't know where it went. brand new. Common sense would tell anyone who knows about replacing tires that if one is new and one has a big rip in it, the one with the rip would get replaced. I'm a 'dumb woman' as they say, and I could even figure that one out. I feel they owe me the $300 I had to pay for a third tire I never received. Can you help?

    The Plaza Tire people have contacted me and offered a refund for the tire in question.   I would like to say the complaint is done with a 100% result.   I appreciate the time and efforts and of the BBB, and thank you very much.

    Bought tires from plaza for gto. Had to go back four times to get things fixed right. One leaking,one tire mounted wrong direction ,one had wrong tire mounted on rim and no chrome valve stim as requested. Had there tires on my one ton dually truck. Mounted tires wrong on rear to where I could not get to inner valve stim, went back and they fixed it. Had flat tire on car ,there tires. They said it was ruined.Saw nothing wrong with it. Took it to Neil Tires and told them what plaza said. They inspected tire ,said nothing wrong with it .They fixed it and put back on car. So then I filed a bad review on them. Enough is enough. Then I called for a tire rotation on truck,there tires I bought from them.Suppose to have lifetime tire rotation and balancing on them. Austin told me they would not do any work for me sence I filed a bad review. Then hung up on me. They refuse to honor tire rotations and balancing on vehicles because of my bad review. I have four vehicles with there tires and now have no tire rotation and balancing for making a honest review on them.
