    My name is ****************** feel I am being treated unfairly as to I purchased a service contract from them yet they feel because I have the service contract I should be satisfied getting an engine. I should have to wait a month or more and be without a vehicle because my contract was almost up. The service contract only paid for a week of my rentals. This is making me spend thousands of dollars on rental fees and I should absorb the cost so I can get to work. I dont think this is fair to me or any other customer considering you offered me this contract and know where did it say if you keep my car over a week it would be my responsibility to pay if we cant get the engine in a timely fashion. I have been waiting patiently. I am truly unsatisfied with this dealership and would like for them to reimburse me my rentals. When you purchase a item from a company they should be obligated to pick up where the other company left or not sell the product to customers. Also the service department tells you they will call you back but never does. Someone needs to fix this issue because right now I would never buy another car from them again.

    I purchased a GMC Yukon paid cash basicly was a fraud sale.. was promised a safe truck that had been gone over throughly by the dealers shop!! I told the sleezy sales person I was going to tow a camper with the truck! About a month after I hook up my camper and the truck drops to the ground Zero Shocks on the truck then a couple days later the gas tank falls off the metal strap holding the tank was rusted out... $2500 later I can leave on my trip and not even so much as a sorry!!!

    Beautiful experience 4 years ago of buying a 2014 Acadia Denali, it had already had a issue with it before buying the car with the side sensor and they said they will take care of the repair with no problem and they did, they repaired the problem and didnt charge me nothing and still backed and honored the manufacturers warranty.
