            I hired a friend to remodel my washroom and one of his sub contractors is TMZ Plumbing. I was removing the bath tub and turning it into just a shower. They rerouted the pipes. Well, it had a pretty serious leak and no water pressure for the shower. I called *** the next day, Saturday, and was told by **** that he would be out later that day and he would call me after he was done with a current job. well, I waited all day and never heard back from him. Sunday I fired my friend, but I was told that he talked to **** and that he would be at my place along with ****, between 12 and 1. At 1:30 no one had shown ********, Monday, **** threatened me and said he's coming to my house to remove his temporary shower pan along with a few other ********* NOT HIRE these scammers. I'm still thinking about contacting the police

            We hired TMZ plumbing to do a number of tasks. One of these was to install a new water heater. Our house is supplied with propane gas. *** installed a natural gas hot water heater instead of a propane hot water heater. In a matter of a couple of days we were experiencing horrible fumes and error codes on the hot water heater. We shut it down, evacuated the house, and notified the owner(****). He showed no urgency, disagreed about the error code(said it was normal), and said he would call us back(which he never did). We contacted a different contractor. They arrived and immediately identified the issue as being the fact that *** had installed the wrong hot water heater(natural gas not propane). The other contractor ordered the appropriate hot water tank and installed it. We have requested the refund of $2750(the charge for the incorrect hot water heater) from *** repeatedly to no avail.The hot water heater(natural gas) that *** installed is sitting in our garage. I've asked ****(the owner) to pick it up but has not. He eventually said he would but he just stops responding and doesn't follow through.Note: I uploaded some email communication with ***. I also have text communication if additional support is needed.
