  I was visit my Mother who is a resident at Carriage Creek Apartment resident name ************************A tow sticker was placed on my Van on 8/25/2022 that says warning to tow on 8/26/2022 reason was for flat tire . On 8/25/2022 I video recorded myself And time stamp myself filling my Tire to the *** with air to protect my Van from Getting towed. Next the day my Van was towed illegally and is currently still in the pound. I called carriage creek and I was told they was going to call the tow company and see if they have footage of my Van on flat but ********************* who works for Carriage Creek didnt call me and with the evidence of my car being on flat. After I called for several time she ********************* calls and tells me that they towed my Van for expired license plate and was told ********************************************* have the right to tow any automobile at there own consent. I was told she was going to Email me the policy but I havent received anything and I dont see any information like that on my documents for residents. She has not answered my calls and is intentionally avoiding the situation in which Im forced to pay hundreds of dollars to possible get my Van out of the Pound
