We felt comfortable and confident in working with **** within minutes of meeting with him. It was very evident that he has the best interest of his clients in mind, performing the inspection with great care and in detail. He went far beyond any expectations we might have had. John offered several useful tips, opinions based on past experience and detailed explanations that really made us feel that he was genuinely concerned with our knowledge and awareness of the house that we were considering investing in. We felt that John not only went through the house with an objective eye, but he also invested great thought into what would be a good alternative for rectifying any situation, when/if one was found. **** answered any questions we had promptly and with professionalism! This is so important because time is of the essence when you’re under contract and trying to meet tight deadlines, etc. As first-time homebuyer’s we really didn’t know what to expect, but know now how lucky we were to have **** as our Inspector and can’t thank **** enough for going above and beyond for us!! He even agreed to meet with the seller’s to better try to understand one issue and was able to resolve the issue with the seller providing proof and documentation allowing us to have comfort in knowing that the home was a safe investment for our future. There should be more people like **** ******* who really enjoy what they do and care about their clients.
