            I reached out to this specific dealer for this unit ************************************************************************************* I confirmed that they have and they told me that i can lease it i put in my credit application they ran my credit not once but twice and then tells me that they mailing me the paperwork but in reality they never did because despite calling texting and emailing and asking them for the tracking number numerous times they never answered im finally after calling the dealership numerous times today theres sent me an emails stating that they cannot lease me the car apparently there is a change of law I have proof of everything screenshots of text messages and emails There is two people involved in scamming me one is ******* AND another is **** *********

I was notified about your issue and under the impression ****** and Fil had explained the circumstances to you thoroughly. The 2023 BMW 740i you inquired about leasing is a DEMO unit. Once removed from our Service Loaner program it is considered a used vehicle therefore we're not able to Lease it. If you're still interested in the vehicle it is available for purchase only as it will be a Certified Pre-Owned *** at the time of purchase. I've confirmed with my team that a deposit was not collected so there is nothing to refund in this case. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services based on your experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.             I am rejecting this response because:

            the following email confirms that at the time of my inquiry the car was available eligible to be leased and i was told to run my credit, and my credit was ran not once but twice! And the sales people kept telling me that a package was ***** to me for signing but in reality no package was sent and they kept lying to me and made me wait until the car became ineligible to lease
