            My daughter and I enrolled in the class fall of 2021. It was to be 7-8 weeks. The were several cancelled classes with little to no notice. My complaint is two fold. We received a certificate that states we did 100 hours of clinical and 40 hours of classroom. We did not do a single minute of bookwork and only did 15 draws total. We met once a week for about 8 total weeks for 2 or so hours which does not equal the 40 of classroom we supposedly got and is far from 100 clinical hours. We did not learn anything having to do with the proper vials to use for certain tests. We did not learn a chain of command when done drawing and we didn't learn how to draw from any other vein but in the arm. My daughter and I paid $850 for a class that did not prepare us for a position in phlebotomy or prepare us for the licensing exam that we both wanted to take. The administrator/owner of the class offered to ******* the exam but upped the price from what the exam really costs. One of my class mates stated she took the exam proctored by the administrator/owner and never received her certification and called the *** and they had never heard of her. My daughter paid for the exam last winter and has repeatedly asked for a refund and continues to get the run around. It was $175. This business needs to be looked into as it does not deliver what it advertises. It is not recognized as approved or accredited by NAACL. I am also looking for a full refund for myself and my daughter as well as her exam fee refunded. When looking at my receipts the 300 is the down pymt and the 550 is the final pymt. I sent the 550 to my daughter as she was going to make her final pymt as well and I was unable to go at that time so she made my final pymt as well.
