I'm a 73 yo female on SS with a broken down vehicle. It's difficult for me to find a lender; especially with mediocre credit. This company attaches itself to (probably another *********** "Helping Hands" who attached itself to well known government programs. I fell for the "FreeScore.com" offer and wound up on a revolving monthly payment plan, because I neglected to answer an email that had a deadline with instructions for cancelling a deceptive contract that I NEVER INTENTIONALLY AUTHORIZED! Their fee of nearly $40 threw my bank account in the rear with a $35 fee! When I called them (waiting 7 mins) the answer to my return my money request was emphatically 'NO... because I didn't answer an email" that I still can't find! I knew better.Review from Shannon H

I just have to say that Im new to them but I have not once explained experienced what Im reading. I did not realized they were not accredited with the BBB. But the exoerience Ive had an I have called many times with questions and assistance and a few time Ive had to wait ******************************************************************** great customer service. I expect the worst after going thru so many online scammers. Sorry for everyones experience they had and not at all trying to lessen it but I honestly have to give my honest feedback from my experience. I hope that it doesnt change. Best to all, life is way too hard to be preyed upon and taken advantage of. No anything about the Warriors plus affiliate program. Im gonna have a review that *** be if intrest to anyone who has ever dealt with them and been very dissatisfied. If so look for it soon.Review from Brittany T

I did the $1.00 free trial but did not agree to continuing and did not receive any information about continuing and being billed for this. When trying to contact them at *******-806-9175 they have an artificial intelligence that answers the phone and you can't reach a live person to request a refund for the $39.99 they billl you monthly without consent. People are out there posting fake craiglisted ads for apartments and sending you to this website to check your score before they will give you a tour of the apartment.... but actually it's all just a scam to get you to sign up and keep charging you monthly... once you catch on and mention it to the lister of the ad, then they stop talking to you and the apartment quietly goes away.

I was looking to apply for another service and I was signed up for this other service. I was offered a $1 trial for the service and realize later on I can get the same information for free on another site The next month they tried to charge me $39.95 and my card did not have the money so now they decide to charge a lesser amount and my debit card is now in the negative. I need to get my money back and I'm going to advise customer service I submitted this review.FreeScore.Com Response
