    Hello,
I am attaching 3 PDFs to this email.
1 - pictures of the mistakes in my kitchen, made by OCP Construction.
2 - Emails OCP Construction sent me with estimates, never sent me a contract for the work I requested, outside of the work paid by Travelers Insurance.  The counters and ceiling light replacement were paid by myself.
3 - I had ********** look at the counters put in by OCP Construction.  Then sent a letter with the cost to replace the countertops, and a statement on the workmanship.  I do not have the estimate for the installation yet.

Please let me know if I need to do this another way.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if unable to open files

    Thank you,

    Dear whom may concern,

We acknowledge that one of our subcontractors made mistakes in installing countertop and door handles. We had a complaint from the customer and we reinstalled the countertop and door handles to their satisfaction. If there is anything we can help with, we are willing to do so.
I think that this complaint was made prior. Please let us know.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes OCP did replace the handles, but that is not the main issue. They only replaced one section of the counter top above a single cabinet--they did not replace the other counter tops.  They left the ones that were put on and then just completed other side of the kitchen. I also paid for all of the counter tops, but he was paid to install them. The pictures sent were the pictures of the finished job.  All of the ends were finished poorly.  This was not to my satisfaction and I told him this, but he said he already lost money on this job due to the mistakes his workers made. If the workers did not have the proper tools to cut the counters, they never should have done them in the first place. The whole kitchen was done wrong as shown in the pictures.  Also, the other day, the pipes under the sink on the right, came apart at the connector. Luckily there was a container in the cabinet that caught the water.  Then we noticed on the other pipe on left side of sink had water dripping from the connector as well. So we are now thinking that they were not sealed properly. He also told me that the seal they put around the sink would dry, but it never has. It is still sticky and it is now turning yellow. He kept telling me that these are things that I can live with, but I highly doubt that he would stand for this poor workmanship in his own home. I am not comfortable having his company back in my house to repair anything because I do not feel his workers are qualified. So I would like to be reimbursed for the amount of money that it is going to cost me to replace them as was stated in a previous email from ******************* submitted to the BBB.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *******
