    In early March of 2022, I discovered that our family travel trailer had gotten a large amount of paint overspray while stored at the Storage Sense storage facility. I called the office that week and was told that a vendor Storage Sense had used to paint their containers had gotten overspray on multiple vehicles and that this was a known issue. I was ensured they were working it out with the vendor and would contact me with a resolution, which they did not. About a month later In April, I called and was told they were still waiting to hear back from the vendor, which I told them was unacceptable and I wanted to file a claim on their insurance. They told me they didn't have any insurance, and it was not possible for me to file a claim. The woman I spoke with was the same woman from March, and told me that only the manager could help me, but he didn't respond to messages that they gave him, and she would not give his email or phone number out. It's now June with no contact or resolution on the matter.

    At Storage Sense, We have requested pictures and information about the supposed damage to this person's trailer multiple times.  He has yet to come to our office and supply us with any information about the pricing or what it would cost to help fix this situation.  We have had this situation once before and that customer was very responsive to what we needed to help us file a claim.  Just making complaints about what was or was not done does not help us resolve the situation.  All we asked this customer to do was provide us pictures of the paint overspray and provide us with 2-3 estimates of what it would cost to fix this and we would take care of it.  He never once brought us anything or returned any phone calls or emails.  he just wanted to write bad reviews and complain here.  This is a 2 way street for communication.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did send pictures.  I text them the same day I called to report the issue. I also did not receive a call or a message so that is completely false.  I was told to wait until they figured out what they were going to do.  They are exhibiting their lack of professionalism in their message. Are they mad at me because they damaged my camper? This issue is not my responsibility, it is theirs.  I dont have time to tow my camper around to get estimates to satisfy their terms for accommodating the damage they are culpable for.  I suggest a $1000 settlement for the damages.
