    If could give zero stars, I would. They installed our carpet and laminate flooring last march and since then its been a nightmare. I wish I had gone with a different company and not thrown away over 8 thousand dollars with them. Installing the carpet, they put holes in my walls and scratched my paint and just left it like that without mentioning it. 2 months after install we noticed the seams were showing all over the carpet and shortly after that the carpet started separating and coming up from the floor. Then the laminate floor in the kitchen started to separate. I called and talked to the manager. I had him come out to see for himself because the damage was so bad. He told me I received 2 defective products, and this was a warranty issue and I needed to have someone come out from the manufacturer to check it. Months and months later they finally show up. Assess the damage just to tell me that it was my fault because I have pets and they arent covering either flooring. MY FLOOR FELL APART AFTER 2 MONTHS AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Theyre solution was to have a second inspector come out and inspect it again and have to wait longer just in time for my warranty to run out. *** called and left messages for the manager to call me back and he wont return my calls. This place sold us defective flooring took our money and wont take any responsibility.

    On may 26th 2022 I contacted ************** about his apartment he had for rent and on May 28th he called me back to let me know that he had a potential tenant and was wanting for their deposit but if it fell through he'd call us back. On may 30th 2022, the landlord/owner, *********************** of ************************************************** called my mother ***************************** to tell her he was showing the apartment. We both went up there and inspected the place and made an agreement to come back by 5 pm that same evening and he gave us an application for us to complete and that the fee for the application was ****** dollars and he'd hold the place for us for the first month deposit of ******* but we only had ******* dollars in cash on us and the bank was closed due to the holiday. ************** stated it wasn't an issue and he'd collect the remaining ****** the following week when we'd come back to finalize the paperwork and give us the keys. He called me by 4:30 pm and told us he was on his way over there to the ************ and my mother then went to go give him the deposit of ****** and ****** dollars for the background check and the application fee that both me and my mother both filled out. we were to be moving in june 15th. i had to leave due to an emergency and my daughter pulled up to the property to assist my mother. i told her to get an receipt before she left. She asked *********************** for an receipt but he pivoted the conversation and basically never gave her one. that same day on may 30th 2022, we came back home and discussed everything and decided not to rent the apartment. within an hour of meeting **************, i called him but he didn't answer and i then text him and told him that we weren' going to rent and to give us a time and date to get the money back. ************** would not return my calls/text(s). i have tried to contact ************** at ************ various times as well as my mother. he has our numbers blocked. we then called found his business contact online, and left a message..
