  We hired ********************* of MK property solutions to finish our basement for us in 2020. He left several things I finished and promised to come back for over a year. We paid him in full. I kept trying every few months to get him to come back and finish. Earlier this year he texted back and said he is no longer in business. I saw he was advertising on ******** again and posted a ******** comment on his page asking when he was going to finish the job. He now has blocked me from commenting. We were very patient with him. Have many positive referrals while he was still on the job. I have texts showing he acknowledges he needs to finish and he continually says he will come back out and then doesnt.

  On March 9, 2022, I sent this *********** solution also DBA MK Group deposit for a tear down and bathroom remodel. I was told it would be about a 2 month wait, I agreed because this was not the first contractor to indicate this. On June 15 , 3 months later, *********************- MK Solutions DBA MK Group sends a 2 man crew to begin demolition at my address. They worked from 9am until 2 pm and never came back. The workers were promised to get paid that day at 1 pm and **** did not come back with their money but instead gave them an excuse. The workers claim he does this all the time, and that he has lost many of his contacts for this reason. So I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. I have been chasing this guy since then with promises and deaths in the family, any excuse you name it, he has provided. When he could not get any other workers to come and finish my job. I requested my money back and he agreed he would send me the payment that week. On July 1st he sent me a refund payment through Melio ( It is like a payment service). I had to wait for a physical check. I received what I believe was a legitimate check like a bank check on July 5th. I deposited the funds, the check bounced on July 11th. He is now promising me that he will take care of this by the end of this week, July 11, 2022. which I do not believe will happen. The total deposit I gave him for this remodel $6200.00. I am also prepared to file a complaint with the ************************** file a police report, and *** this company.
