PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELCATION!We were initially pressured to write a glowing review when we purchased our tickets, so Im assuming most of these 5 star reviews are fabricated. We were also threatened to not post an honest review or they would withhold our refund.My husband and I had booked two flight tickets with Travelcation totaling over $4000 for our 3-week honeymoon. We had confirmed the details over the phone with Travelcation before our flight, but once we got to the airport to check-in, the airline said that TRAVELCATION INCORRECTLY ENTERED OUR DETAILS, therefore they would not let us board our flights.Even the customer service rep at the check-in counter at the airport was shocked & said that Travelcation was completely INCOMPETENT and that she would make sure to warn others not to book with them.This happened over 7 months ago and we STILL have not received a full refund for our flights. We have also lost THOUSANDS of dollars in connecting flights, non-refundable hotel bookings, excursions, etc. We have repeatedly called them every other day ever since December 2022, but keep getting told that someone from their team would call us back, which we never receive. My husband calling again today to simply inquire about the refund and the agent hung up on him THREE times. Our families believe this business is a scam and may need to take legal action.What was supposed to be one of the most beautiful moments in our lives, turned into one of the worst nightmares weve ever experienced. We did not get to go on our honeymoon and have now lost several thousands of dollars on top, due to Travelcations mistake.If this review can help someone else avoid a nightmare similar to ours, thats all I can ask for.

Worse than making your own travel arrangements. They refuse to make itinerary changes an airline is willing to make. I spoke to a customer service representative at **********************, and she said she could not adjust my itinerary. I spoke to a customer service representative with ***, and she said the flight I wanted was available, and she could make the change if I had booked directly with ***, but because I booked with Travelcation, the travel agency would have to make the change for me. Travelcation refused. Do not use this service. Book your own tickets.

Travelcation was quick to answer the phone and helpful. We had to change one of my son's name (our mistake when buying the ticket) and they managed to change it. Miss ******************* from Travelcation even made an exception and waived the fee. All was done very quickly.

Had a great experience working with Travelcation. I was looking for international flights on ****** and was not able to find one with pricing that included baggage. The Travelcation flight price did not include baggage so I exited the page. I tried calling the airline directly and they said they could not find the flight I was referencing. Later, *********************** from Travelcation reached out to me and asked how he could assist. When I mentioned I would like to include baggage on the flight, he gave me an updated quote and helped with other questions I had as well. I was able to book the flight through them and add a bag (I was told I needed to work with the airline for a second bag). I had a really good experience working with Travelcation.

Prices on their website are fake.They will call you few hours later to tell you the price have increase which is a lie. They just increase their commission to rip you off.Use a reputable website. Not this or you'll regret it.

STAY AWAY from this site is a SCAM I made a reservation and paid, they called me 6 hours later to tell me the airline increased the price of the tickets and I had to pay for the extra amount. By the time they called me I was not able to buy the tickets at the same price anywhere else and ended up buying somewhere else at an extra cost $1000+

Travelcation sent me an email stating that my credit card was declined. However it was a lie because my cc was charged the next day. When I called Travelcation they could not provide me with an itinerary. I was out of all my money. My cc bank also declined my dispute and would not refund my money. DO NOT TRUST TRAVELCATION THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!!

Travelcation appears to be a scam. We booked flights through the website with another family. Three days later the other family received an email saying their flights had not been booked but could be bought for an increased price. Our family never received confirmation or cancellation of our flights. We have spent two days calling and emailing with no reasonable response. It is stressful and exhausting and we have no flights and are stuck in limbo. Steer clear of Travelcation.
